Visited twice in a few days with different orders. Got parking easily both times in their free car park. In store queue was so fast. Wait was also very quick to collect items. Altogether 10 min max here to park, queue, pay and collect item on both my visits. One item was out of stock so had to go to Hayes to get that one. In Hayes same process as mentioned above took well over an hour. So Wembley store is excellent and would recommend this branch.

Very clean and efficient. Since they moved to the new location seems to be more space. They now have tablets in store for you to search parts for. The staff are friendly and some know what they are talking about when it comes to car parts. Key thing is that they are really helpful even when you're not sure what it is that you want. Free parking. Click and Collect. Waiting time around 10 mins.

I found it to be relatively easy to order on line where I chose the click and collect option. There is usually an option for discount codes to be used which does make a difference. I found the store easy to locate and access with convenient Parking available. All my parts were ready and waiting for me to collect. The counter staff were very polite and helpful.

Very poor experience, waited in the queue for 30 minutes to then be humiliated and told to go back and wait again , all because I was chasing a part number as they couldn't find my reg plate on the system. Despite another colleague helping after 5 minutes of me complaining I still got the wrong order. When I asked to speak to a manager I was totally ignored. There was no sense of customer service or respect. No name badge for me to identify who the colleague was for me to complain about them further. All in all the service and lack of trying was zero to none. Would I be going back, NO!!!

Good selection and decent staff, some of the Indian staff can be difficult to communicate with as have to repeat few times and seeing them thrown stuff into trolleys isn't really good to see as a customer...

I have been let down by Europarts today. I ordered parts yesterday for a vehicle. They were not delivered as promised, the 2 rear lights were not even for the correct vehicle?? I have been using Europarts for over 20 years and they generally quite good

The customer service is really slow and the queue builds up at times. Was once given a part that someone else returned (looked used) but sorted when I told them. But you can conveniently find parts that you need, so I guess it's OK.

Maximum 10 customers in store, I counted 18, of which 8 were not wearing a face covering / mask. One person on the desk initially, then a second (not wearing a mask) Pointless doing "click and collect" as only one queue and when you do get to the till, your order goes in with the rest to be picked there and then. Can maybe forgive the service if short staffed (should have been made clear when ordering) but the covid measures are not. I was the 8th person when I arrived as was surprised to see how many were then behind me after nearly an hour of waiting. And to top it all, i found part of my order was missing, as a bag had been split open and an item missing (luckily not essential) but annoying once half way through a brake service.

Awful service. The order made was nowhere to be found. The queue was ridiculously long. All the customers were frustrated waiting - average wait time was almost an hour. Staff very slow at serving each customer, at times having unnecessary conversations which made other customers wait even longer.

Ordered click and collect on a master clutch cylinder and they phoned me to say part was ready and waiting, so set off in rain storm Dennis to the Wembley branch with traffic building up and get there to queue for the parts, pay and wait for the part to be received to the counter only to check the box on my way out to find wrong item in the box. They checked the order and I showed them a picture from there website of the correct part, only to be told sorry we do not have any available here the nearest shop being I Hayes if I wanted it and no we can't deliver and refund of money will take approximately 2 days to land back into my account.Not impressed and will in future take my business (I have spent lots of money with Euro parts down the years) elsewhere.

I called them to ask about my order made it 3 day ago at 9:25 AM because I'm still waiting for that parts and on website shows if you made order before 3:00PM is gone be with next day delivery, when I told them why I called they closed the phone right away twice. They never respect what it's says on website. They always are rude,they speak with you like you are nothing in this world and about the parts, some of them are good quality some ar not.

Shame I cannot remember the name of the lady who served me towards the end of the night. She was very helpful and competent to help me. She found all the correct parts for my vehicle quickly and efficiently. No complaints. All staff could learn from her. She also gave the same discount as you would get online so worth the visit to the store.

Just simple way avoid this place, the seller here just eated up / wasted my time - I never saw that kind eurocarparts shops where the cashier knowledge same low level as here. He dont know Mercedes benz sprinter injector washer without plate numbers - he can not recognize! When we gave plate number as well, the seller was unable to identify the item, agains that fact I had spare 1 piece and he dont recognized the difference. Another 2 eurocarparts cashiers without plate numbers and without showing the spare one instantly bring these unit!

If you take the parts with you to show them, then they manage to give you the right one. If you order it or just tell them what you need, its 100% wrong parts they give even with number given. Im furious how they can mess up so much....
