What a bunch of rude guys working there. I went today to pick up an order and the queue was up to the front door. The lines were not respected and the guys from the till was fighting loudly in a different language. When I tried to go to the collection line, because was no one at that queue been told, in.a really rude manner( by the guy shown in pic) that I still need to wait at the queue without explanation. First and last time when I'll go there.

The service with Euro Car Parts varies, recently they supplied brake discs in which both the rear discs were for the same side rather than rear left and read right. Also in the same order there was a sensor missing. To be hones we at times are very disappointed with their service. They need to up their level

Great range of products however waiting time for product collection is painful. They could do with streamlining the process of order picking and getting the products to the customer at the collection desk. I once sat there for 15min staring at my product sitting on the collection area shelf while staff members had a casual chat about non work related matters. This is additional to the 20min it took them to pick my 1L oil carton from the storage area in the back and bring it to the collection area at the front.

Chaotic queuing. Did click and collect but on arrival you have to join same queue as everyone else, so entirely pointless. Might as well just turn up and join the fray. ECP is good for service items if you choose the branded parts.

worst experience ever! purchased a pair of headlights for my vehicle. 6 weeks ago, gave it to the garage to fit. as soon as i got the car out of the garage i was aware of a few problems 1 - the projection of the lights were not correct - would most likely fail an MOT 2 - heavy condensation in the lights (within minutes) 3 - the lights were very weak the garage who fitted these lights, also agreed that these lights were well below standard, advised me i should take them back for a refund. I had to pay the garage again to remove these lights, in the mean time i just purchased lights from another supplier, as i didn't want to get an exchange from eurocarparts and have the same problem again. and pay on labour for a third time. this was a click and collect order - the day after fitting, i called the Wembley branch, who advised me to call the head office. I called the head office who advised me its nothing to do with them, and i should speak to the wembley branch again. Once i finally got through to someone in wembley again, they advised there is a 365 day return policy on click and collect orders. i advised them that i had to pay on labour to get the faulty lights removed, and that i wanted to make a claim on that. they advised that if any labour claim was to be made, that it would have to be sent away and be assessed by the manufacturer and that could take some time. they advised me that if i did not want to make a labour claim i could just come in with the faulty headlights and get a refund. yesterday i went into the branch, to be told totally different things. they were offering me a replacement of the same brand, but why would i take the risk on the same brand again? i was then told it would have to go back to the manufacturer for a test which can take up to 4 weeks even if i wanted a refund. in the end i had to fill out a form, send the part off, and god knows if i will ever hear from these guys again. constantly changing advice given according to how they feel, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing in this place. wasted 350 pounds

Poor customer service, I reserved a product on click and collect at 8.45pm, arrived at Euros at 8.50pm, I saw the product on the shelf as I walked in so picked it up and walked to the counter to pay for it, I informed the guy behind the counter that I had reserved the product to be told I cannot collect it till tomorrow, even though I was holding the product in my hand. I Walked out of there and purchased it from midnight motors down the road, cost me more but it was worth every penny simply due to the excellent customer service. This experience will make me think twice about using Euro car parts in the future.

Big big queues. Getting served is awful and people pushing infront too. expect to wait 10-15 mins to be served and click and collect makes no difference to your wait time.
