Visited here on Saturday, was terrible customer service. They is no instructions on which queue to join. Ended up with the wrong part, was instructed to line up again after 15 mins before. We not very helpful, they were constantly speaking in different language which is very rude from a customers point of view. We are giving you money and you can't show curtsy by being in England and not speaking English.
Only go here if you are desperate!

top of the range car parts and accessories supplier. wembley branch got very kind and helpful staff. they also very well organised, my last buy was click and collect with order made 15min before store shuts, I came to store 5 min before closing and still was served nicely. can recommend dealing with eurocarparts to anyone. headache free car parts as even if sth is not exactly as expected/doesnt fit, they happy to replace it. cheers lads for pro service.

Terrible customer service. Didn't accept their mistake I had wasted my time twice and they ask me come again one more time as they gave me wrong part. It's like I have nothing else to do just visit euro car part. I left my money and belt aswel which they have given me wrong as I had argument with one of their staff. Rude staff. Don't even worth a visit. Waste of time.

I called and was about to order a product! the guy on the phone HANGED UP ON ME!!!! then the other guy that answered wouldn't find out who that is! then hanged up on me too when faking to transfer the call to his manager!!!
