The reason I chose to come to the Wembley branch is because of Wanna. She always naturally friendly and goes above and beyond to provide me with excellent service. I needed a cigarette lighter socket, but couldn’t see it in store. Wanna told me to wait as she goes upstairs to the stock room to check and she found one for me. This is not the 1st time. Everytime I come to euros, I always hope she is working. Thank you Wanna.

Good: free parking and convenient location, most service parts in stock and reasonably priced.
Not so good: They’re playing up with prices which I believe it’s a dodgy practice, one unrealistic price is on their website then you’ll have to introduce a code to bring the price down to earth and then a 3rd price is in store. If you order a wrong part online they’ll exchange it in store for a much higher price.
A couple of guys I found there being always grumpy and/or arrogant treating the customers at the limit or disrespect and that’s not good at all.

Terrible customer service. Called for a quote on a Wing Mirror Glass replacement and all i got was an argument about what mirror I actually needed. They tried selling something to me which I did not need and got given a ridiculous price quote, when I got quoted £15.00 less at Car Spares Factors. Would not recommend this service!

Today I went to euro carparts in Wembley.
The lady Customer service was very unhelpful her name was (Joanna).
Shes originally from Poland and very racist.
I saw her being very poliet and helpful to the polish people. It is not my first time seeing her couple of times I saw her being helpful to the polish customers.
I ordered a part by phone through garage. They said we cannot deliver You have to come and collect it from store.
I went all the way to euro carparts. I had a reference number for the parts.
Joanna dealt with my order, I asked her to add the WD40, I checked the receipts It said £5.12.
In the store display was £4.99.
I was supposed to get it cheaper on trade price. Joanna charged me more than the display WD40. She ripped me off. More than the actual display price.
So I bought a WD40, the actual price for it was £4.99.
I have the receipts and pictures for the display WD40 I will speak to the manager, I hope the manager will do anything about it.

I came from Boremowood to Wembley brunch because they did had close with 3 min before. The person looked at his watch and refuse me.
In Wembley btunch, the counter lady was very helpful, show me how to re book the products in order to pick them in her brunch. I want to add that she spoe nice and she was very polite with me.
I felt miyself as a valued customer.
I am recommending this brunch to everybody.

Keep to the recommended and better quality parts in their range and you cannot go wrong. Excellent phone service that can often find parts that are not listed on the website. Click and collect service is fantastic. However do make sure you have done the research before you vist.
