I apologise for delayed review. I would like to say thanks to Sales Manager Ted and his team in assisting me with recent dispute with Seat Hatfield. Without his assistance explaining the warranty process to the service advisor I was looking at a large bill for a part that the service department had confirmed was faulty. Great service , thanks

Parking always full with staff cars, you have to wait 15-20mins to be seen and the staff is generally very rude. I have also been there twice before 12:30 on a Saturday and they were closed, when they should have been open until 1pm.
