Was assisted as soon as I entered the store. The product I needed was found swiftly and fitted within 5 minutes. I was stressing about it but the guys at Halfords were really helpful and sorted the replacement wing mirror out straight away. This was my first time going to a Halfords and I’m very happy with the service. Would definitely recommend.

I went to get some Allen key holes tightened and yeah got the issue sorted in seconds. But if you're buying an e bike I suggest you build it yourself as I found scratches on mine and I didnt have time to replace it due to my new job starting days after.

Would give 0 if I could. Went down today to buy some bike accessories. I was the only person in the store and completely ignored as I walked in and could not get any assistance. I left and went to an independent bike store on the high street and got fantastic service and what I wanted for less money. Won’t be using Halfords again.

Shaun ( Aussie or kiwi) the helpful bike mechanic slimed my m365 scooter for £10 and that included the 300 ml slime and pumping up again! 2year warranty on small punctures! Bargain! THANKS !!!

I struggle with this place. It is consistently understaffed and chaotic. The staff try their best (Scott is fantastic) but there are only 3 of them on and the huge store is jam-packed. Halfords could make more money by forking out an extra 20 quid an hour to hire a couple of new staff!!! Thanks guys who work there as it must be a grim job but we appreciate you even if Halfords don't!

Waited a long time for a bike health check appointment, when I finally got there the mechanic re-adjusted my gears and told me he couldn't help with any of the other issues. His re-adjustment just caused the chain to come off the bike when I put it in the top gear and upon returning to the shop to complain he told me I'd need to wait till the end of the day for him to take another look at it despite me returning within 5 minutes. I would not recommend going to this branch for any bike servicing or repairs, instead find a good local bike shop. I've had a pretty decent experience shopping there before though hence the 2 stars instead of 1 but one older mechanic was really rude to me once also.

Very efficient and friendly staff, only had to wait for 5 mins for a fitter to fit new wipers. They were actually the wrong ones and he went back in store to get the right ones and apologised profusely for the mix up. Would thoroughly recommend for all motoring accessories.

Really lovely experience at the Halfords in Chiswick! I urgently needed to get my lights changed as they had gone out as I was driving home in the evening! Just the night before. Thankfully I learned that Halfords can actually fit your new bulbs only for a small extra fee I ordered them that night and in the morning at 9am they were ready for collection. I got to the store at around 1pm and there was a staff member ready to help me he came out and replaced them straight away! I was in and out in less than 15 mins I will definitely be coming again Such helpful and engaging staff it was nice to have a chat as I was able to learn things about my car that I had no clue about! Very happy and lights are brighter than ever

Kept my bike for nearly 2 weeks despite mechanic saying it would take a day when I handed it in (they still have it). Have called nearly 7 times in the space of 3 hours to ask when I can get it as I need it today, no one has picked up the phone.

Turns out it had been delivered on time but no one had bothered to log it into the store (and had presumably still not registered it when I was first told the delivery had been delayed). Really unimpressed...

Today I went to Halfords Chiswick to fix my bycicle (apolo white), which I bougth less than 6 months ago, and the technician was simply super rude, he didn't help me at all. He told me I had to pay to fix the breaks when the last time I went to Halfords Hendon I haven't had to pay, and I consider that when the breaks are not working in 6 months it is because the quality it is not the best. Definitely I don't recommend anyone to come to halfords Chiswick and please, hide people who actually have care of customers.

Horrible customer service, I ordered a e-bike almost three weeks ago and they give me a malfunction bike, clearly wasn't be fully tested before be handled to me. The battery or the charger wasn't working, and after a single ride a start to loose pieces on the street. The staff look lost every time you ask a question and completely unorganised. I'm still waiting for the new bike that they ordered to replace the first one. But they are late again. I the general manager of the Chiswick store swore to call me straight away but I'm still waiting. Clearly it will be another week before I can get my bike. Totally unacceptable.

Not happy with the service! I have ordered a bike here for click and collect and they told me it will be ready most probably on Tuesday or latest on Wednesday. They were supposed to call me. Nobody called me until Tuesday evening. I called them and someone told me that the bike is ready and I can come and collect it. I said I'd better come next day before noon. When I went there next day at 11.00 am, the answer I got was that the bike is not ready yet and I have to come back in one hour. The bike was standing there immediately behind the person serving us and he was behaving as if it had nothing to do with him. Then he turned around and started to fix the bike. We had to spend one hour around the shop in ice cold weather. I can not recommend this shop to anyone.

Popped inn last week as I had 3 lights out on my van , carpark was empty around 10.30am and I spoke to a young man called Sam who couldn't of been more helpful and cheerful. I was well happy when he told me he'd take care of the lights in my van and he did . Literally 15 minutes later he gave me my keys with a smile and I very reasonable invoice to which I was happy to pay . Great job Sam ???? ???? ????

Terrible management of online orders. Website requires pre-booking to pick up assembled bikes. However, when I've shown up, I had to wait 25 minutes only to be told that the bike is not assembled, will be assembled today at unspecified time - they will call me. For obvious question what's the point of slot pre-booking, the guy said it's something people with ties made up in office, and it does not work in reality. Update: it is not surprising that nobody actually called me, even on the next day. @Duaine from Halfords: tried to contact the shop - not picking up. Live chat is not working - I get to the queue and then it disconnects. Sent Email to resolutions, but so far the experience with Halfords was consistent - and the takeaway is "avoid if you can". End of story: after Email to resolutions team, shop called me and said the bike is ready, and I collected it next day. Collection was smooth.

Halfords tried to charge an extra £20 for fitting bike brake pads whilst the bike was in for a brake cable service. This was on top of the cost of the £10 pads. This was in conflict with their pricing structure on their website. So instead of 30 quid they tried to charge 50 quid. When challenged they changed it straight away.
