Luckily I have a Disney store next to my house where I can do amazing shopping with this kind of offers. The store looks so clean. The only thing I missed is the background Disney music. The store is well organised. @googlelocalguides #letsguide

We just left the Disney store and everyone was pretty friendly except the lady who was at the door. A lady with blonde hair and blue eyes. Our son was holding a bucket with cars in so i wanted to show him what was in there before purchasing. The lady very, very rudely came marching across and shouted that we werent to open it or touch the bucket especially due to the current situation. You'd think youd at least ask what we were lokking for. I advised it was a toy shop so unfortunately with kids in the shop there was no way she was going to stop the toys being touched. I totally understand what she was saying about not touching items if we werent going to buy them but we were. When i took the item over and asked if they do anything as there were no display items and obviously with a closed bucket its hard to see inside she very rudely said well they're cars that don't do anything. She also advised anything that was touched had to be quarantined for 72 hours. Well everything was being touched so was the store going to be closed? I appreciate we all have bad days but the fact we'd brought our son into the world of whats supposed to be Disney magic for his birthday (because we couldn't take him to disney due to Covid) i feel disappointed that she was being rude to our child knowing most parents wouldn't be looking at the toys unless they were willing to buy it. Thankfully our son isn't old enough to have his day ruined but please remind your staff if they feel they want to work with children, kindness is probably the first thing they need to be trained on. Wishing a child who has a t shirt with a huge number 4 happy birthday instead of getting anmoyed could just make his day! And shouting at the parents who already feel guilty because they cant fulful their childs wish is not the best way to get custom. We aren't children and don't expect to be treated like one. The other staff were all lovely and the really awful thing was i saw her being very rude to other staff and customers whilst we were there too. Disney is known to be magical... Employing staff like that are definitely going to loose the magic for your company.

It used to have good products but it's running short of basic things like Minnie & Mickey soft toys and Minnie coffee mugs, hence the low rating!

It's always exciting going into a Disney store but here, as I was short of time, I asked a sales assistant about what I wanted and he was so good, he pointed out a selection and in top of that, went and found more options. Definitely will visit again.

We were served by a cast member called Daniel who was an absolute delight.
My girlfriend was after an Aladdin jumper but unfortunately they didn't have the right size so instead Daniel took us on a magical adventure around the store to the Avengers section, Toy Story section, etc. and picked us up a whole host of goodies on the way!
He is such a great addition to the store and brought so much life to our visit! He went above and beyond and made sure our visit was a great experience.

Love this shop! Perfect for children and grown ups! They stock everything disney including collectables. It was a dream when i got the tsum tsum minnie mouse cushion half price on sale! Good for offical merch sale items too. Theres so much to see in the store and fun things to look at!

I have always wanted to take my daughter to the Disney store, intending to buy a certain items but wanting to avoiding the online delivery charge, we visited the shop, many of the items were slightly cheaper then online. Great shop.

Release your inner child or just show your kids this wonderful store. Of course everything is going to be Disney related. They do offer a few adult sized clothes, but you know why Disney is so successful because they come out with the best franchises. Who doesn't love a bit of Mickey Mouse, and their wonderful Disney princesses. Make your daughter feel like a disney princess, buy your son some Marvel toys.

This is the most lovely store where Visiters goes to purchase Toys and dresses for their children. Young children can seen enjoying here. These children love to spend more and more time here. All types Disneyland (Paris) items are available in this store. After visiting this store, one can feel oneself as if he is in Disneyland (Paris).

I love Disney and the Westfield store didn't disappoint. It's not as fancy as Oxford Street with its theming however it does stock lots of merchandise. Their babies and plush character section is excellent.
