AWFUL SERVICE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS I ordered a Magic Unicorn forest wall decal set as a birthday gift for my daughters newly decorated bedroom. At £95 they were more expensive than many similar products I've purchased in the past but they looked good so I went for it - MISTAKE!! I couldn't place the order through the website so had to call, very 20th century. Unfortunately the artist was going on holiday (fair enough) but she said she'd be in touch when she got back. She didn't contact me. I had to chase her a couple of times to be able to place the order. I paid up and sent clear dimensions on 7/09 and was told it would take about two weeks for them to be made to size and and shipped. One month and several unanswered texts asking where the order was later the decals finally arrive on 6/10 and they're completely the wrong size. Ok I thought, this is extremely annoying but accidents happen lets get this sorted... and that's where it really went downhill. I couldn't get hold of the artist but did manage to get hold of her colleague Nathan who promised to call me back later that day. He didn't (see the pattern forming here?). What followed was basically ANOTHER MONTH of phone calls to Nathan and Bambizi head office asking for a replacement. I was repeatedly fobbed of with lies and excuses: "we're working on it now, it's almost ready, it'll ship tomorrow, it'll be with you by the end of the week". Not once did they call me back or send an email or txt with an update even though they repeatedly said they would. I had to chase them repeatedly at every step to get this resolved. All the while my 4 year old daughter is asking where the unicorn forest I promised for her birthday was. Look I understand that sometimes things go wrong, but as I tell my kids, it's how we put them right that matters. If Bambizi had been honest with me about the time it would take to send out a replacement, if they had kept their word and called, txted or emailed back when they said they would then I could live with that, but they didn't and their truly awful customer service needs to be called out. In the end the final product looks quite good, although it's no better than cheaper alternatives I've bought from ebay and it certainly wasn't worth the hassle! Tldr: Truly awful customer service and you'll get just as good a product much cheaper on ebay. AVOID!!!

I've just had the most stunning bed delivered from Bambizi, unfortunately they couldn't assemble for us and only dropped it off due to the restrictions, but it was easy to put together and the fitter talked us through it on the phone. My little boy is 4 now and we brought a cot from bambizi 5 years ago now. Always happy with the service and products and his room looks stunning.

I emailed Bambizi as I love the wall sticker range but my little boy wanted something a bit more boyish, I spoke to the designer and we ran through some ideas and she designed me my own wall stickers for his room. They look amazing and she didn't charge me for the design service, only for making the sticker set. Would highly recommend.

ABSULOTE DISGRACE. I BROUGHT A COT BED WAITED MONTHS FOR DELIVERY KEPT BEING TOLD IT WAS COMING AND DIDNT. STRESSED ME OUT SO MUCH THROUGH PREGNANCY. FINALLY IT ARRIVED CONDITION WAS AWFUL I COMPLAINED AND RECIEVED A CROW AS COMPENSATION WHICH I DID NOT EVEN USE. I THEN TURNED MY SONS COT IN TO A BED AND IT LITERALLY FELL APART. I HAVE BEEN RINGING AND EMAILING SENT PICTURES FOR WEEKS ONLY TO GET NO RESPONSE AND BE TOLD A MANAGER WOULD CALL ME. EVENTUALLY I CALLED AND SPOKE TO A MANAGER AND SHE WAS RUDE AND BASICLY TOLD ME IT WAS MY FAULT FOR ACCEPTING THE COT IN THE FIRST PLACE. I EXPLAINED THE ONLY REASON I DID IS BECAUSE IT TOOK SO LONG FOR DELIVERY BY THE TIME IT CAME I HAD NO CHOICE. SHE EVENTUALLY AGREED SHE WOULD CONTACT ME BACK ASAP TO ARRANGE A TIME SOMEONE WOULD COME OUT TO INSPECT. GUESS WHAT ITS BEEN WEEKS AND NOTHINK THIS WEEK I GO IN TO MY SONS ROOM TO FIND HE HAS THE FABRIC FROM THE COT AROUND HIS NECK. THESE PRODUCTS ARE DANGEROUS AND COULD SERIOUSLY HARM A CHILD. THEY HAVE NOW EVEN DELETED ME FROM INSTAGRAM. IF I DONT HEAR BACK ASAP WITH A RESOLUTION I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER. THESE PRODUCTS ARE SUCH BAD QUALITY THEY ARE PUTTING OUR CHILDREN AT RISK. I WANT ANSWERS

I ordered And paid in full my baby furniture on December 13th. It was clear that i needed my room ready by mid-march. Just part of the items I ordered arrived on March 14th DAMAGED- after chasing every single day someone replied saying they will send the *finisher* to fix the cot and they will replace the rails when they deliver the rest of the furniture. Today is May 13th , i have been waiting 5 months and i Am exhausted of excuses. Everytime you call HELEN is not there, is busy or whatever, nobody EVER returns phone calls. Its the worst service i’ve ever had and i do not recommend anyone to buy from this people.

This is the worse company I have ever had experience of dealing with. Please, please, please avoid!!! They are currently withholding £1000 of my money for a product I returned on the same day it was delivered. On 26.05.2019 the incorrect Belle Chair was delivered to my home. Furthermore the chair was too big to fit in our nursery following no dimensions being provided on Bambizi website. A written request was provided on 26.05.2019 stating I would like a refund. Adhering to the 7 days policy on Bambizi website. On 10.06.2019 Bambizi finally acknowledges my email and confirms a full refund will be provided within 30 days. 24.06.2019 - 30 days since refund was requested. No refund provided. 10.07.2019 - Invoice was finally emailed informing me a refund would be received within 2-5 working days. 17.07.2019 - Surprise Surprise 5 working days passed and no refund. 18.07.2019 - wrote a negative review on here and Bambizi finally respond!!!! ‘Please remove (review) with immediate effect so your refund can be sorted today’. Can you believe the cheek of this company!!!! In my opinion the company owner is the most dishonest, disloyal and unprofessional person I have ever had contact with. Currently pursuing this now through the small claims court.

Simply awful from beginning to end. A nightmare experience. When you finally do get the items, it;s not worth it. Cot is cracking upon assembly, looks like really poor quality wood. Avoid this heartache at all costs.

My cot has arrived and I absolutely love it . It really is made beautifully and really happy I went a little bit out my budget as it really is a stunning bit of furniture and really makes the room. The girls have been so helpful and updating me on progress and delivery. I will defiantly use them again for other bits of furniture in the future. It’s super spacious and was very amusing watching my baby in all sorts of positions throughout the night - she slept very well. They say you should always invest in two good things in life , shoes and a bed - and I totally agree ???? Thanks again !

My partner ordered a cot from Bambizi start of August, at the time was told 6 to 8 weeks for delivery which was fine, one month later my partner decided she wanted wardrobes and drawers from Bambizi which she was told it was the last one so we asked if we can add this to our delivery with the cot, which they replied they will deliver all items start of November which seems everything was going to plan, start of November came my partner who had not heard from them messaged for an update and got told the items would be sent out mid-November which was fine with us. End of November came still no delivery, so we message them again for another update to get told our cot is in customs. First week into December the next update we got was it was still in customs I found it strange it took over 7 days to process goods at customs when we ordered this back in August. 6TH of December came Bambizi said delivery will be Thursday the 12th of December to my amazement no delivery. I won’t go into detail the stress it was putting on my pregnant partner. Friday the 13th of December at 2pm it got delivered to describe the look of the furniture it looked very good on the eye. Cot was in excellent condition very happy with that. Wardrobe and drawers looked good on the outside but I had to fix the drawers myself because the inside rail was not secure to the frame of the drawers and rails were dirty, totally unacceptable standard. The wardrobe had a burnt wood / musty smell off it. Which am in the process of trying to get rid of the smell before I put my baby’s clothes into it. There was one more concern, if a delivery is taking place and it requires two people to lift the item by law Safety arrangements should be assessed before orders are taken. There was only one person there the driver himself. I was not working to give him a hand because they would be no chance for him to lift those items up my stairs by himself. Which makes me question the standard of Bambizi as a company on how serious they take health and safety of their workers. I hope my experience can be learnt from and help Bambizi for the future.

Really happy with my cot, we originally brought from another company but they let us down on the delivery so I called Bambizi and they were able to deliver my cot 2 days after I purchased it, as I was so stressed and it was so close to my due date. Really happy with the cot, it really is stunning.

I brought a whole range of furniture for our nursery, cot, dresser, chair and armoire. The lead time was long as they didn't have our armoire in stock. Bambizi delivered everything they did have available and then came down a second time with the wardrobe, would of been better to have everything together but we are happy with everything and would recommend.

We bought an item at the Baby Show, and it never arrived, once raised with them months later, it was dismissed. Took them to a small court claim but unfortunately the ruling went in their favour, as we didn't have a receipt, even though I could show it on a statement. Lesson is if you deal with this excuse of a company, make sure all the paper work is up to scratch. A receipt clearly identifying the product and the price, and when it will be delivered. If i had the time and money, I would have pursued this further.

100% recommend Bambizi. I ordered the Leto changing mat from them but then went into labour and had my baby 5 weeks early. I missed the delivery due to being in neonatal for two weeks so they sent it again when I was home. They were so friendly in their communication and messages, went above and beyond and I really can't recommend them enough! The mat itself is incredibly high quality and my baby loves it! I cannot wait to order from them again, thank you xxx

Awful company AVOID! During early pregnancy I fell in love with Bambizi’s furniture and decided I would definitely purchase if I was to have a daughter I moved to Athens during my pregnancy but live between Greece and London on one of my trips back to London I visited a well known baby list company in Chelsea I mentioned I would like to order from bambizi and was told to avoid due to Sarah the owner being extremely unprofessional I was told they wouldn’t be happy to place an order with her due to issues they had with other clients wow do I wish I had taken their advice I instead placed an order myself with Sarah who at first seemed very helpful and found quotes to get my furniture delivered for my daughters nursery in Athens however from this point on things went downhill rapidly It took many attempts to get hold of Sarah to pay for my delivery and delivery took two weeks longer than I was told it would and I wasn’t giving any updates of this delay When I received my cot I was very disappointed to find the cot had marks and scratches in the wood and was surprised on the box it said made in Indonesia when bambizi prizes itself on being “beautifully british” this however was not where my problems ended when looking at the instructions provided I realised they were not read able the ink had all worn away on the instructions they had sent me I contacted Richard straight away to ask for new instructions after one week he still hadn’t sent me new ones and told me eventually after 2 weeks he wouldn’t be able to send me any at this point I was furious I had a cot I couldn’t put together Sarah eventually responded to my emails and said she would send me photos of how to put the cot together which she did however when my husband and I put the cot together which was very difficult to do so as the screws were very poor quality and we were actually not sent enough screws and had to buy more from our DIY shop we found that the base of the cot did not fit it had a 3cm gap all around the edge which meant the base moved which I knew was not safe however Sarah argued it was which is impossible when on all baby sleep safety sites it says there should be no gaps in a baby’s bed as of course it’s dangerous their hands feet etc could get caught I asked Sarah at this point if I could simply have the cost of fixing the cot covered she however refused and I was left to fix my cot myself at my own cost which I did. I will add Sarah did offer me a refund on the cot but I would have to pay to send it back which I wasn’t willing to do considering I paid 350 to have it delivered in the first place to send it back would mean the cot would of cost me £700 so it was cheaper for me to get it fixed Anyone considering buying from this company I would strongly suggest you avoid as the stress they caused me in my pregnancy and the fact they sent me a cot that was dangerous for my baby to sleep in is disgusting they are the worst company I have ever dealt with! If I could give zero stars I certainly would as their not worthy of even one!

REALLY POOR SERVICE!!! I placed an order weeks ago with this company and still not received my item. I have tried to contact them but had no answer, left messages and sent an email. This was a stencil for my little girls bed room and the the item was not cheap!!! Really frustrated that these company’s can take your money and not send the item!!! I have since spoke with someone and they have promised it has been posted but IT STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED. They are now ignoring my calls and messages. Discussing how this company can treat customers in this manor.

Customer service virtually non existent, does not repond to queries in a timely manner, deliveries late, items not as advertised and of poor quality. I purchased some wall stickers for £95 which are currently peeling away from the wall, did not arrive in presentation boxes as per listing, arrived late in damaged packaging, images not as per listing and obtaining customer service has been extremely poor still chasing a satisfactory response 7 weeks later. Overall item not as advertised, zero value for money and less than satisfactory responses.

Bambizi is poor from top to bottom! Don’t be fooled by the good reviews as quality of furniture is terrible! No help from any member of staff with regards to any problems! Company couldn’t even deliver all the goods after a big deposit was paid out! Waiting for the order for 5 months then only 3 items turned up! They then decide to tell me what I would be having instead of the item I ordered! Plus the worst part of this is my friend lost her Baby and they still refused to refund for the items I mean what sort of human being/company would do that.....? Bambizi you are Mickey Mouse, you should deal with this problem immediately and refund this order! You have been warned people

The worst company you could ever come across! This lady is a scheming con woman. After waiting months for furniture it finally turns up 1 am after being spray painted in the back of a van!!! Everything I received is faulty. Dealt with Sheryden who was sending replacements when they come first wrong furniture then more faulty furniture!!!! This has been going on for months and months. Never get a reply from phone email or instagram. Quick enough to take payment though!!! Sheryden all of a sudden has left after Xmas after confirming that they would be collecting the goods and refunding me!! Now left to deal with Sarah the owner who is the most rudest unprofessional person I have ever come into contact with in my life. She has no idea how to run a business which is why it is in this state. I have no option now but to take legal Action to get the faulty goods removed from my apartment and my money back. This woman will not part with money she comes up with any excuse but to take the blame when I have emails confirming the company accept liability that the goods are faulty!!!!! How this company is allowed to be at the baby show is beyond me they need to be reported to trading standards, watch dog and whoever else. Their furniture is unsafe and this company is a shambles. My son is 6 and a half months old never been in he’s room as I have never used any of the faulty furniture. After reading reviews it seems I am not the only person. You have been warned DO NOT buy anything from this company or this woman!!!!!
