I have just completed Abigail Design course and I have to say: I have never met anyone who were a match to what I do and what my style represents. I was always nervous to be so bold and was always different to other designers I know, until I met Abigail. Wow, she is amazing and she has shown me that I should trust my style and just go with it. Over lockdown I decided to treat myself to this course. We had just sold our large family home of 30 years and were (once restrictions lifted) moving into a small flat that need a quick style overhaul. Abigail's fabulous course helped me think about the emotion / mood I wanted to create and from there consider all elements of the property from the garden, to the interior, to even the scent. Key styling tips meant I have elevated my design sense, to a more cohesive, layered and cool vibe! The family were initially depressed to be moving, however love the new look and couldn't be happier! Highly recommend - from New Zealand!

This is a fabulous course given by the incredibly talented Abigail Ahern. She is down to earth, shares all her secrets with us freely and is just an exceptional designer, instructor and she is FUNNY too. Best online course I've ever taken. The fundamentals of design, color, scale, texture, lighting everything plus a healthy list of her sources to help. It is so jam packed with information and so worth it. I'm delighted to have taken this course and I'll happily break all the traditional decorating rules going forward. A must take course for anyone who wants to decorate outside the lines. I have just completed Abigail Ahern’s Masterclass virtually and it was worth every penny! I have applied several of her lessons to my home and my office already and now when I walk in I smile. I am finding myself a bit more relaxed when it comes to decorating. AA has a deep well of knowledge and she gives so much of it to you in this class. Forever grateful. I look forward to visiting her flagship store in London after covid settles down.

The Masterclass was really informative. I learned a lot and other stuff was reinforced - such as that I should be happy taking more risks, not stick to conventional wisdom when decorating unless it pleases MY eye. I have long loved large oversized pieces and I now feel more justified in my style! I must say it was such a treat to see inside AA's home. It's gorgeous!!

I have not only bought various items from Abigail Ahern - all of which I have loved and been delighted I'd purchased - but I have also completed the Masterclass. It was wonderfully unique in its content and has provided the basis for many interior decisions I've made that have been truly transformative. I am due to move into a new property and doing the Masterclass beforehand has been one of the smartest investments for me. Great quality, design and customer service from this company, always. The AA website is my interior go-to.

The Creating Your Dream Home online masterclass is genuinely the most incredible course. I have truly enjoyed every second of it - the vast amount of knowledge, sources and information Abigail shares is invaluable and the tips and tricks I have learnt, will stay with me forever! She makes what you feel is impossible, actually achievable and enjoyable. Also, don't be put off by doing this online & not in person - she comes back to you on ALL your questions, and you get to do it at your own pace.

Once a loyal follower and admirer but no more unfortunately.
The vast majority of the products she sells can be found SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper elsewhere. Just search for “house doctor”, “rock the kasbah” or general searches on Pinterest and google and find RRP’s about 30-40% lower.
They couldn't / wouldn’t price match and I found the refund process unnecessarily painful.
I still love how she merchandises product but the huge mark ups, to me, feel excessively greedy and disrespectful.

The online course was great. Really inspiring with her enthusiasm, Abigail answers questions quickly and seems to enjoy the interaction. All the advice in the many chapters is transformative. It is illustrated throughout with many beautiful photos. I would love to see all the photos on the slides as an album without the banner words, perhaps as an addition to each chapter. Another good thing is that the course encourages us to use what we have, it's not all about spending money. All in all very accessible advice, tips and tricks for everyone.
The only downside is the format or the navigation. I wish the course was easier to navigate, the drop down menu at the side is very temperamental and sometimes keeps pushing you back or forward. Please sort it out because otherwise it's terrific.

I follow Abigail from Canada, so I have not been able to visit her store in London, but I have purchased her color book. I discovered that we have very similar design styles, which was refreshing because people do not appreciate my love of everything dark and . I have a house plant studio, that I would love to add a piece from her store! Something funky and textured for sure.

I really enjoyed the online course from Abigail. You get so much information and examples. You learn a lot about the use of color, layering of accessories in different areas of your house. The quick response on your questions is also very valuable. And her energy and passion about interiors is contagious, you immediately start to make changes in your own home.

A wonderful online course giving so much information. I have so many new ideas for my home. The course is over a 4 week period but you can log in and out as you wish. I really recommend for anyone with an interest in interiors or is looking for inspiration - Abigail is full of it!

Abigail has just run her first online interior design master class. Normally, the course takes place in her own home over a 2 day period. A massive amount of work has gone into filming the inspirational video content which is packed with professional tips and ideas for every room in the house. The content can be accessed at your own pace over a four week period and Abigail will answer queries on the discussion board from participants for a further 2 weeks. There are four assignments, with prizes available, if you choose to participate. There are hundreds of slides of beautiful interiors to illustrate her concepts.I have really enjoyed the course and it has made me think very differently about decorating and styling our home.

I have absolutely loved this course. In fact, it has totally blown my mind. I have completely overcome my fear of decorating and insecurity around choosing the 'right' thing. I feel released from the tyranny of trends and more confident to develop my own style.
I consider that the course was very good value for money and would recommend it to anybody.

Terribly expensive, claims she design's the products and clearly she doesn't. All other online stores and shops have their products what she sell's has know way near the price she is selling them for. Someone has to report this lady, shes is over charging people, it's not the recommended retail price and claims she design's the products. Her flowers smell of toxic plastic they're are not silk as she claims. Lead time is never the truth takes people's money and doesn't send the products.

Finally i've found someone, a professional, kind, with credentials, experience and love for what she does for, and give to the other. This design masterclass not only gave me the tools and resources I needed to provide my work to others, but also made me feel that there is a way to experience the feeling of authenticity not only in clothing and image, but in a home as well.
Every time I change a room in my house or do a job in another house, I feel that the energy flows according to who lives there. I feel that I have the knowledge to help others to live in their dream home. The feeling of well-being, peace and satisfaction is extremely pleasant. I cannot recommend this course (I did the online version) highly enough. AA has taken the fear out of decor: magnolia be damned, I'm now all about giving it a go! Our house is well on its way to becoming our perfect home. The course has given me the confidence to view our pad in new ways and to be brave with decor and how we live in it - sounds weird but try the course and you'll see.
There are so many tips and tricks as well as solid gold nuggets of advice in this course; even if you start small (move a sofa) you'll see an immediate effect. AA explains the reasons why some things will elevate your space (and some things just won't) in a relatable, straightforward way which is never patronising or high handed. Now addicted to interiors.
Online worked best for me as I had time to digest the info as well as to start putting some ideas into practice. The course lasts 4 weeks with access to AA advice plus and extra 2 with access to the discussion boards. You really do get value for money and the responsive ear of a design specialist.
Other than wanting more courses, I am yet to find a downside.
Just book.

I ordered a lamp in late October 2019. I must say I was really worried as I read the reviews after I ordered the lamp (I guessed you should always read the reviews before you order ‘I was thinking at that time’). I did contact the customer service just to see when my product will be delivered, they were very helpful and reassuring. The lamp was delivered three weeks later after my order. The lamp is amazing. True statement in my London pad. Thank you Abigail it is beautifully designed piece and I am extremely happy!

The AA masterclass presented by Abigail Ahern was a transformative experience that taught me a boatload about decorating. I learned so much and was able to quickly apply new techniques and suggestions in my home. From week one to week four, I redecorated my home and created a brand new space. I received my order today from Abigail Ahern, that was for four Eucalyptus trails. I only received one in a box that was far bigger than the item. £6.00 for p&p, which is outrageous. My order could and should of been sent in a flat pack not a box.
One item in a big box, ridiculous.
I will NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I am participating in Abigail Ahern‘s design Masterclass and it is amazing. Full of information and a perspective on how to design a space you love and with that I changed my home to a place that is more beautiful than I thought possible. Literally! Over the years I have bought quite a few things from Abigail‘s online shop, and while the things take a bit to get from the UK to Germany (it’s a small business and not amazon after all) the quality and design are so so beautiful. I read reviews on here that are quite harsh, but my experience has been nothing but wonderful. The things I bought are so worth the wait and I will love them for a very long time. I fully recommend the Masterclass as well. At the end of the day it saves me a lot of money because I will not buy things anymore that are not a fit for my home. 5 Stars!!

If I could give a lower star or no star at all I would. I accidentally bought flowers from this website without reading the poor google reviews. I can confirm all the poor reviews. I cancelled my order and I am still waiting for a refund. Yes, they say it takes upto 30 days but I've never had to wait that long for a refund from anywhere. It is a couple of weeks now since I cancelled the order (immediately after I purchased it. They were very very quick to take the money). There is no refund as yet, I'm still waiting. I'd say the negative reviews you read here are true. Best to avoid. I normally never give reviews, but it feels really really bad to be out of pocket!
Edited on 10th Jan - Still no sign of my refund. PLEASE PLEASE do not purchase from this store. Avoid having to beg to get your money back.

I love AA but this must be the 6th order i've placed with AA and it's still not arrived. The customer service say they are waiting for one thing, then next week they tell you it's something different they are waiting for. : If you order from AA be prepared to wait for up to 6 weeks...but still have to pay high postage fees.update: order arrived late, badly packaged, one item was broken, one item was cancelled and thr bouquet was chucked in at the bottom under all the items wrapped in bubble wrap! Customer service haven't refunded yet and won't refund floral bouquet.

I really enjoyed the master class and the whole experience of Abigail sharing her design guidelines and tips. It was wonderful as she opens the doors to her own place and we got to see first hand how she would do a place. Amazing to see an entirely new perspective and to think about arrangements in a way I would have never thought before. Thanks Abigail and Graham.
