Ordered paint in good faith. Was advised 10 working days. I gave longer but didn’t have any update. Had to chase twice to see what was happening. Very slow response no number to call. They blamed supplier and said at least another week. Had decorator ready to come so had to panic buy paint. Read reviews to see I’m not alone. Don’t buy if you have a deadline. First order for new house renovation and now won’t buy anything from her.

First time ordering their faux flowers. Picked them up from their beautiful store in Islington. Their staff are super friendly, including customer services, keeping you informed in all stages of delivery/collection. Definitely coming back/order back :)

The rug I bought was of poor quality and fell apart straight away. A significant period of time elapsed before I was able to return it to the shop - at which point the management took the view that I was not entitled to any form of compensation.

Do not buy anything from this company! I wish I’d read the reviews on Google. My boyfriend (order under Carter if the owner reads this) & I purchased 2 prints in December. If the company let me know that delivery might take 4-6 weeks I would have been okay with it. It’s now late February. After I wrote a review on their site they changed their product info to ‘arriving in early feb’ but still nothing. I’ve called the company many times, each time I’ve been fobbed off with an excuse (last time it was ‘do you mind if I get someone to call you back?’ Then radio silence!) I saw below their incredibly cheeky reply to a customer that they ‘have a customer service team’ - what a joke! They have been the most unhelpful people I’ve ever encountered in my life. No one has let me know when I’ll receive my product. I thought about just getting a refund but I see they’ve done this many times and I think they need their comeuppance. I’ve now reported them to Trading Standards. I suspect those 5* reviews on Google are bogus.

Waited three months for delivery, only to be told products are now out of stock. I doubt they would have informed me of this or offered a refund if I hadn't had called or emailed them multiple times to chase up. Their customer support team say they'll call back or email with updates but never did. I'm still waiting on a refund, and I'm willing to bet that I end up having to call back after the money inevitably doesn't come back.

Amazing experience at AAs recent design masterclass. Beautuful day. Gorgeous house and really friendly/ relaxed. Excellent experience especially for the creative minded. I'd advise you not to buy from this site. I ordered paint on the 19th of June. Tomorrow is August. I was first told that the paint hadn't been ordered from the supplier, then that it would be shipped on the 23rd of July. No response to emails. I have now waited 6 weeks and don't believe I am getting my paint

I ordered goods on behalf of a client with a set lead time. This was extended 3 times and I still haven't received the goods some 9 weeks later. I have just been told they will be another 2 weeks, but nobody can tell me why, despite a promise of delivery last week. Emails go unanswered, the telephone is rarely answered and hardly any staff seem to know what they are doing. Nice products but I will never put myself or my clients through such bad service again.

I would give no stars if I could. I placed my order and paid for it over 6 weeks ago, and am still waiting to receive it. I have had to email customer service several times to get any update and am pretty sure they would not have been in touch otherwise! I am appalled at the customer service, the long lead times and feel as though I, and after reading other reviews, several other customers provide your company with finance!

Bought beautiful Lazzaro chandelier after visiting the shop to view it. i found the staff helpful (unlike other reviewers) and loved the ambience of the shop. Had to wait a while to receive the delivery but so pleased with it. Inspiring!

Good product but awful client service. The delivery is 8 weeks delayed and I had to contact them to find out they were late. Call them back to find a solution, the girl said it had to talk to the manager and would call me back. She never did. Very poor service.

Terrible service. Ordered a mirror the on the 18th, received on the 28th. It arrived dented and cracked. I immediately reported this to customer service and have still yet to to be supplied with a replacement or had any confirmation on when I will. Stay away. UPDATE; 22nd April. Still no replacement mirror or any update to when I will receive one. The worst customer service I've ever encountered from an online retailer. Shocking.

Wish I Read Reviews Before Buying! If ZERO STARS were a choice - I would choose!!! This store is awful! Poor customer service with no correspondence when item was out of stock! Emailed complaint - no response! Sent complaints via Instagram - IGNORED! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE! If you're looking for faux flowers go to Fox & Flowers - great customers service there!

If I could give them zero stars then I would. Really poor customer service. It took over a month to arrange collection of a faulty item. I had to continue call them every day few times a day to get this arranged. Time wasters and very unprofessional. Also the Item Canby pendant is not branded AA. Its brand HK Living and they advertise as theirs which is false and against the law.

Fab shop with uber cool, beautiful staff who were efficient in every way. I went into the store to buy some cool stuff not to make friends. Yes it's fashionable but that's the fun of it . People should get a grip. It's London not Higglybottom on Tweed. I've ordered online too. Things arrive quickly and are well packaged. Thank you Abigail for making interior design the most exciting it's been in ages!

As an ex high-end florist, with a decade of experience, these faux botanicals, certainly pass as the real deal , awesome products are nothing though, if they're not supported by first class service .. Abigail excels at both!!! I'll definitely be shopping with them again.

Online service is shocking! I have waited over a month for a mirror and 3 weeks for some artificial plants. I received a broken lamp that I have emailed about and have had NO response. I've spent 100's of £'s in this shop, the service is the worst I've EVER experienced. If you cannot supply an online service you should not be offering it!

VERY BAD experience, I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to buy in this shop. i went there bought a mirror and a stool, payed for the items and shipping then realized all the prices they had given me "apparently" without VAT, the girl told me "here in the UK they don't include VAT in the price - which is not true! on top of that she had also added VAT on top of the delivery price.. very dodgy business. I cancelled everything. BE CAREFUL, because they also forgot to give me any paper of proof of the payment i had to go back there and ask for it.

It's been over 4 weeks and my order still has not arrived . I Emailed customer service twice with no reply. Spoke to 4 different staff at the shop including Abigail and still no one has been able to tell me when my paint is going to arrive . Having been promised to have an answer by this morning and have still heard nothing I felt obliged to write a review .. I had exactly the same problem when I made another paint order 6 months ago . £25 shipping charges and Over 4 weeks wait . I would nt mind if i was just made away of the situation and someone would give me the correct information instead of telling me ' your paint will be there in the next couple of days !' That was 2 weeks ago! Just not exceptable ! Great paint colours just terrible service .

What an incredible experience the class with Abigail was! on arrival we were made to feel at home immediately! Abigail made Fresh Coffee and teas..... it really was relaxed and informal, and in true Ahern style.... a cosy welcoming vibe was on offer. The design class itself was delivered with infectious passion and Abi happily answered any design related questions we had, as well as giving us an insight on her beautifully curated aesthetic with design tips in abundance plus the dos and dont's of taking your interior to the dark side! At the end of the class we were given a tour of her home which was inspired... to finish off the afternoon we had an informal chat over a glass of fizz. I would thoroughly recommend this design class... You will leave feeling nothing but inspired!! Thank-you Abi!

Saw this stuff for sale in Debenhams recently….best described as 'Art student bedsit grunge'. Its obviously aimed at nouveau riche who have lots of lolly, but sadly lacking in good taste. i.e. The turquoise velvet flock Koala Table Lamp, will send shivers up your spine (£95.00). Best avoided for those of us who like good design.

As all the other reviews, terrible customer service. The mirror we ordered is now 4 weeks late. We email them for updates but never get an apology. Finally we were told that it was being delivered today but it hasn't turned up. I'm really annoyed as I don't have much holiday left to take and this was a waste. Wish I'd looked at the reviews before ordering.

The worst experience I have ever had with a 'reputable' business. Ordered some lights that were 'in stock' & in the sale (so surely, definitely in stock no?) at the end of January. Didn't hear anything form anyone (I am in the middle of a huge building project so didn't need them until April). Only when I phoned did I discover that they would been more like mid May - mid May became beginning of June & I've just discovered on the 12th of June that "the supplier no longer makes them & they were stringing A Ahern along saying they were going to make more but have now discontinued them". After a big 'kick off' from me - I had my living room rewired (at a cost of over £1k) to accommodate these 3 lights - apparently the manager was ale to convince the supplier to make a special order which would arrive in 'maximum' 6 weeks but no sooner than 4 weeks. Despite the fact that I have paid to remodel the room, I have asked for a full refund as going on what has happened over the last 5months, I have no trust that what has been said will happen, will. Also, no one ever contacted me to keep me informed, I had to do all the chasing and numerous occasions I was told someone would call back & they didn't. Disgraceful, shocking and unbelievable.

Appalling customer service from start to finish - no replies to emails, website checkout has been faulty for months; eventually resorted to buying the items I wanted over the phone and was promised a proof of purchase email which never arrived... and, surprise surprise, no response to my emails querying this. I guess I am the fool for pursuing the purchase in the face of such horrendous service. Never again!

Trusted her products because I had bought 2 in Debenhams,how wrong can you be!Ordered lurcher online thinking it was white and smooth,turned up after 17 days and me emailing saying I wanted to cancel order.Poor quality for money and it's concrete grey and wobbles!Not good????????would NOT recommend.????

Tried to locate the shop for a highly publicised discount event. Couldn't locate it using either the postcode, street name, full address, google maps or Apple maps. We asked in all the local and nearby designer boutiques and stores and none knew its location or specified address! Apalling service from what should a "higher end" provider. No response to emails or FaceBook messages to Customer Services or even Ms Ahern herself. Products are overpriced when you consider the same without the associated "name".. of sorts.

Lovely shop, but the return policy is TERRIBLE and actually illegal. Long distance selling laws (i.e. the internet) say you have the right to return goods for refund. Ms.Ahern will only store credit you and all costs are yours - you even lose your initial postage costs. For someone who is now a high street name with Debenhams, you expect a better policy and the website blurb is downright rude! I don't think I will buy from here again.

100% the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Always told different things between each member of staff, from prices to stock levels. I love the products (however overpriced they may be), but the service is truly putting me off ever returning. Unfortunately I never hear good things from anyone else either.
