The quality of service was exceptional & their advice on furnishing was impeccable. Our preferences/tastes were always taken into account, and the team were very responsive throughout.

I was super impressed.
The team took the time to understand my preferences and the space we were working with. They presented a number of designs digitally and presented pant and material samples.
They both found items I knew I wanted and presented options when I only had a vague idea.
My favourite element of working with Urban Living was once we decided what to do, they managed the whole thing and did so very well, I never had to chase or look over their shoulder.
Highly recommend.

I asked Mark Riese and his team to design and equip my West End apartment to provide it a contemporary feel, and he, assisted by Gabriela and Gavin expertly delivered the brief, exceeding my expectations in the process. Mark showed great attention to detail, and the whole experience was much less painful than I had expected it to be. Well done team!

very rude manager but has some beautiful furniture. really a moral call; support someone who hates charity for some beautiful homeware or just move along and buy from the other 1000s of shops alike to it.
