I’ve had such an amazing experience using this company for my family visa, I was so stressed about it for years and they made everything easy and clear, and with super reasonable prices and no hidden fees. I’ve never worked with a solicitor and went for them on the recommendation of a friend who had a successful application a few years ago and couldn’t be happier that I took her advice!
I had the pleasure of working with Katherine Ann Fermo and she was always very responsive, replying the same day to my many, many anxiety driven emails full of wordy questions and concerns. She was really there every step of the way and gave me a clear idea of how the process worked and what I would need. The document review was done very quickly and when I had my biometrics done, the person mentioned how easy the application was to go through as my solicitor had fully prepared and included everything I needed.
I’ve just been granted my visa and Katherine informed me of this within 20 minutes of her getting the email from the home office. I couldn’t have done this without her help, and I’ll be eternally grateful that I get to stay in the UK with my husband thanks to Katherine and Reiss Edwards. I feel almost weird writing nice things about a lawyer, but these are all due and deserved.
He was evidently experienced with immigration law situations, what can happen, how to do them and what clients need to do. He was straight to the point, easy to understand and made things easy.
The lawyer also did not try and upsell, cause problems they could charge for solving, create conflict, or do any of the things that people often experience when using lawyers.
They are really good; I will definitely recommend them to friends and am very impressed with what they do.

Younes was fantastic, invited me to office, explaining me step by step and I wasn’t sure that I will get my case approved.

She was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had, even in Lockdown our application was done within the time frame.

We had done naturalisation and spousal visa which both were done to high standard and they came through perfectly. I am writing this review for anyone who is looking for help with immigration service and are unsure who to use. I highly recommend contacting Reiss Edwards before anyone else. I have been trying to get a visa for my spouse (now wife) to move back to the UK with me. Firstly, Amar, who I believe is the general manager helped me with with questions via email for free rather than quoting me prices to use their service. Amar walked me through the process and explained who we would eventually need a lawyer.. The price for their company's service is more than worth it. In my opinion, what they have done for us is priceless. We paid half of the service fee and still received first class service from a lady named Katherine. I can not thank this individual enough for how she helped us. We personally had a few issues with the visa process due to covid, but Katherine was there every step of the way. Emails were always replied to at a rapid pace, and Katherine never said no if we asked her to call us and discuss our case.
The visa process can be a bit daunting due to the amount of information we have to give to the UK home office. But Katherine at Reiss Edwards and one of her co-workers Charity put everything into order, made sure we missed no required documents and double and tripled checked our final application details until they knew we hadn't missed anything. The result....we received my wife's approved visa in record time. My wife is a now able to move from Colombia back to the UK. The whole process can be expensive due to the government fees, so I highly recommend Reiss Edwards as your attorney so you don't make any mistakes and have your application rejected. Otherwise you have to pay again. We nearly had this mistake due to an issue while we were doing my wife's Biometric scan In Medellin.
The home office were charging for a priority service that no longer existed and my wife was turned away from the office and told we would have to pay the whole fee again to get the correct barcode. We personally had to borrow another £4,000 to apply again. However, we quickly called Katherine and explained the situation. She instantly wrote letters demanding we get a refund for our initial payment and also emailed the office in Medellin demanding they help us.
Finally my wife was allowed to continue the process and we were refined in record time thanks to Katherine's quick response. So to me, Reiss Edwards is worth every penny and we own them. A. Massive debt of gratitude.

After having a bad experience with some other lawyers, I came to Reiss Edwards to deal with my immigration matter.I was very impressed with the fact that my Indefinite Leave to Remain application was successful 9 weeks after the submission, Mr Joe Dinh offered comprehensive advice for all the documents required, filling the application form, as well as a writing a representation letter that was base my case. He was always available to answer any questions over the email/phone and that was a key within himself as it allows to be known Reiss Edwards for their quality and their value of their work.I was lucky enough to have Marija as my Case worker and can’t express enough how professional and kind hearted she is. I have had a really tough time with getting my husbands Visa. My last immigration lawyer made many mistakes that caused stress, disappointments and sadness.
I was weary about getting another lawyer as I thought I was going to go through the same experience but no, it turned out better than what I had hoped or even imagined.
What I received was: constant emails and calls updating me and asking if anything else is needed. If I called and they missed my phone call I would get a call back within 10 minutes. All of my documents were carefully checked and I would get a reply the next day if anything was missing or not correct. There were times that I was impatient and asked to just send the visa off, but was reminded that everything had to be perfect and correct before submitting the application. I was told about every option I had and discussed what the best would be. I was always spoke in a nice, calm, polite manner.
The overall intelligence of this team, especially Anna Foley for me, is outstanding. I am speechless. Anna done such an amazing job on my husband’s application that although we couldn’t apply for the fast service and was told to wait for 12 weeks, we got a reply within 5 weeks.
That alone shows what an amazing and talented team Reiss Edwards are.

I contacted Reiss Edwards earlier last year about getting my husband to the UK from Indonesia and not having any knowledge on how to start this process and right from the start they were the most friendly, helpful and professional solicitors I had come across. Over the year of me working towards applying for the spouse visa for him they had been extremely supportive, excellent communication and all the staff I dealt with helped us so much.
