My case was allocated to Charity who again was professional, knowledgeable and passionate about her job. She took us through the process with expert advice and my visa to join my wife in the UK was granted even when I had quite an immigration history. Reiss Edwards, please never change! We used RE's service for EU family permit and settlement status applications. RE gave extremely clear instructions along the way so we barely needed to do anything. Despite being professional, the people who worked on our case were empathetic and surprisingly responsive (Anna Foley and Andy), always responded within just a few hours with detailed explanations- impressive. Highly recommend Reiss Edwards. From the outset they were very responsive and supported us with our application through all the various steps, James was great, ensured our paperwork got submitted very quickly and accurately, and after a initial refusal due to a paperwork mix up by the processing officer, he put in a complaint and appeal which was dealt with within two weeks and the application successful with an apology from the Entry Clearance Manager. We are very happy with the result and would not hesitate in using them again in the future.

Amazing, informative, and excellent under pressure.
Earlier this year my wife applied for Spouse Visa Entry Clearance Visa. ( Fast Track)
Our application was successful, with in just 2 - 3 weeks. We believe this had a lot to with our case worker (Anna Foley)
We were also pregnant at the same time, and were in between countries because of the birth.
Anna was exceptional. She made myself and my wife feel at ease. Her replies were rapid. And we were always kept up to date.
