Our experience with Reiss Edwards has been amazing. Initially we were given a proper informative briefing on what is expected from us by Andy. My employer and I completed our Sponsors License and Tier 2 applications through Reiss Edwards. Charity was handling our case and I must say she has a depth of knowledge and is really helpful. She successfully helped my employer with his Sponsors License Application and later helped me with my Tier 2 application.
Everyone in the office are very approachable. There were times we wanted to discuss an urgent matter, if Charity was busy, Joe or Andy would hear us out and properly advise on what needs to be done.
As a client you tend to panic and feel nervous as these applications are a bit overwhelming. But I would suggest you have faith in them as the team actually knows what they are doing.
Would definitely recommend Reiss Edwards and would for sure use their service in future if needed.

I don't normally write reviews but in fact, nearly all the positive reviews about "Reiss Edwards" helped me to go with them as i already had a bad experience with my last solicitor.
My very first meeting was with Joe Din on the phone and then face to face in his office (he didn't charge a penny for consultation), i was very impressed with his knowledge and up-to-date information about immigration laws/procudure and asked him to apply for my son's first British passport and then my wife's Visa.
I was assigned Katherine my case worker and she dealt the matter in a very professional way although we had some ups and downs regarding application but she was amazing. Katherine, always replied to my emails and phone calls as quickly as possible so never had to wait long or send a reminder.

Despite some of the difficulties we had getting my partner into the UK, Marija was always there to guide us through the process, especially when we were having a nightmare situation in the visa application centre. We originally contacted Reiss Edwards for support during a spouse visa as we were not impressed with a previous service at another solicitor. Ben was clear and transparent about our case. Katherine pulled all the documentation together and I regularly visited Katherine to discuss the case. They were both always available to visit when I needed. We were concerned about being successful due to my husband's immigration history (undocumented) we were confident this would go to appeal. Words can’t describe what Reiss Edwards has done for me. I had four previous refusals which made my application tremendously complex. After researching the internet about solicitors, I settled on Reiss Edwards and I was assigned to Joe Dinh and David Renaud. David Renaud was my caseworker. David was reassuring, positive, understanding and responsive throughout the process. I must admit I was sometimes a pain in the a** but David was always calm and collected in dealing with me. Eventually, David made the application for me and I got the decision even before the due date. Now I’m going to the UK because of the creative nous and intelligence of Reiss Edwards. All that I’ll say is that God bless you David Renaud and Joe Dinh for such a marvelous job. I’m truly appreciative for what you’ve done. Whoever has any immigration issue, just go to Reiss Edward, their pricing is reasonable and they have the men and women to help you in any case you might have. We are living in a critical juncture of history where social stigmas and old dogmas are at the forefront of the discussion table. Immigration, the right to inhabit or remain, the displacement of millions by war or climate related issues will continue to rise at record pace for many generations to come. As someone who has travelled the world and is quite familiar with the topic it is even more evident for me just how precious and rare it is to find an immigration firm that treats people like “humans.” I had top notch service from the get go. I was offered a great price and a great deal, i always had an alacritous response by email or phone, the firm was friendly but professional, and struck a brilliant balance between understanding both the letter and the spirit of the law. There was no one pretentious there attempting to live by some fictitious creed of legal pomp, and i was never treated like an outsider. The firm also had a great deal of racial diversity which struck a chord and really resonated with me.

Huge thanks to Sujata, who helped me successfully and quickly succeed on my citizenship application. She took care of all of the details and my questions and knew which additional evidence would ensure a smooth application. She was fast and responsive and took the time to ensure any errors/omissions on the long and somewhat complicated application were taken care of. Although my case was straightforward, the cost of citizenship assistance was 110% worth it for my peace of mind (of not having to apply for an expensive process twice!). Recommended.
