As a new business owner it hit me for six when I discovered I would need to seek legal advice. My partner and I decided we should approach specialists and have the issue resolved as quickly as possible.
We spoke to Briffa and were immediately sure we'd found the right partners. We were assigned Samuel O'Toole to handle our case for us and could not have wished for a more pro-active and professional partner.
Sam listened to every element of our situation, advised us of our options and exactly what we should do, and when. He reassured us on the position we were in, explained all processes to us, and was on hand to answer any and all questions - seemingly day and night!
Despite us undoubtedly being one of Briffa's smaller clients we were never made to feel any less than valued partners from everyone in the business - from Sam himself through to the Accounts department when paying our invoices.
We could not recommend Briffa or, particularly, Sam highly enough - we will undoubtedly be using them in the future should the need arise.

I was overwhelmed by the amount of attention and kindness afforded to me. Prior to my phonecall I was slowly sinking into a depression as determined by recent events. Any normal company would send an email and ask to remove products (which I would do straight away).
You decided to pull out all the bells and whistles just because you could. That makes you ruthless, desperate and heartless. Good luck with that.

I met with Anastasia who helped me to understand the process very clearly and comprehensively.
