Usually go there to collect orders from Argos. I t has all the household things from kitchen to fruit , bakery, clothing etc. It's not usually busy during morning around 10am which I have noticed however they have plenty of staff to help out. It has a large free customer parking which is great and can always find parking even at busy times. Keeping the covin 19 guidelines they have sanitiser, and cleaning liquid for the trolley at the entrance and yes they do count the number of people inside the store due to Covid 19 guidelines. If you are going to use Argos click and collect service I would suggest to go early when the store open around 8am otherwise you most likely to find yourself standing in the long queue. Overall I have great experience visiting the store.

Large store ample parking and petrol station. Staff helpful, if you can find them. Most staff on Tills. Staff are helpful, polite although sometimes it feels too much of a trouble to see if products not on the shelf in store.

Everything laid out absolutely lovely, easy to shop and find what you want, definitely a supermarket worth shopping in ,not too many people inside, shelfs are full and quiet, with polite staff and shoppers.

I feel reasonably safe at this store if I go early as the aisles are wide and it is easy to keep a good distance from other shoppers. There are 3 hand sanitizer stations as you go into the store and a member if staff counting people going in and coming out. It would be good if they could also have some sanitizer stations to use when leaving the store as well.

Plenty of space, big range of goods, lots of parking, friendly helpful staff. However, not enough staff to help. As a first timer, I needed to know where some products were. Had to search several times for staff.

Ample parking and friendly staff always willing to help out.
Car park could do with being monitored a bit better as I have seen the drop off spaces used as parking spaces by inconsiderate shoppers on many occasions.

I was surprised that the new "wear masks" policy hadn't been shared with staff members. Talking to staff, this was only something they had learnt from news shots in the media and wasn't something that management had shared. This wasn't staff members fault, they can only enact what they are told officially, from management.
Please instruct management, policies that have are been shared with the media, are one's that have to be followed in store. I suspect that the isn't even local managers fault, it has to come from the "top". You talk a good walk, but do you walk that talk? At the moment I am disappointed.

I agree with Michelle R's comments about picking staff not always keeping a social distance and leaving trollies in the middle of the aisle making it difficult to maintain social distancing. Maybe some training for staff and management walking the floor would help keep on top of this. I have found that some staff (e.g. Ashok) are very helpful and a credit to the store.
I visited late afternoon and saw customers were able to just walk in and shop with multiple people. I didn't feel comfortable with this and hope that the store will tighten measures regarding these issues. Also, at times staff enter via the exit only doors and doesn't really set the right example. While the store says staff clean self-checkout screens, I haven't seen this done unless prompted.
During the pandemic I am grateful for the hard work the staff put in to ensure we could get essentials. Thank you.

Come to this store daily, only to find out that Mrs Moody (the witch with the pointy nose) at the front door has gone "Power" hungry, discrimates and refuses to let people in - only one person per group. So carers refused - yes I seen it, people with hidden disabilities refused, and people who have stated they are exempt, but wearing a visor - refused. I get that people who don't wear a mask and are not exempt should wear a mask but she is happy go lucky. I'm shopping with my mother with a disability, she didn't care, made a big scene out of it, and refused us entry. She's enjoying her job being power hungry. Questions the poor elderly couple, told the man to stay in the car, both walked off! Its a joke, - I've written to them, Head Office and our MP for discrimation against the disability and the elderly. Even the security guard was so much more polite. Anyway, turned around, went to asda down the road, let in straight away. POOR management. POOR structure Sainburys!.
