Very good store to do shopping I love the layout and the space around the store itself is great and very nice place to visit and actually enjoy shopping. I for one who's not a keen shopper but going here is OK the prices are competitive and the products are very good along with the great selection of products and products freshness are very essential for me, I was very impressed with the service and the friendliness of the staff were excellent and I was impressed with the way COVID-19 rules are implemented not like some other places I've visited, I actually go out of my way to shop here because I feel comfortable and at ease with the surroundings and safe practices that is put in place.

Since they are not using the tills at the rear of the store this means there are only 2 non self service tills. I hate the self service tills when you have a lot of items. The staff are quicker and there's more room.

Fantastic Sainsbury's with plenty of the variety you would expect from a supermarket. Self-service tills are great, but it's strange that there are tills on both ends of the shop. Along with that, the atmosphere and decor inside is not very inviting. Nevertheless, staff are kind, shop is well organized, and for a bit supermarket, it's still perfect for a last minute shop for a few items. Definitely recommend.

Fresh food wasn't particularly well stocked or signposted. Travelled in for homous to only find one type available on the shelves. Security guard seem to take face mask on and off at will. Service in other regards was adequate

Well set out shop, always neat and tidy. Not the cheapest place to shop, with a limited variety of products. The place to go on a hot summers day as te freezers keep the place very very cool. All in all, not a bad place at all

Good quality food, bought a birthday cake for my daughter in law, can't wait to get a slice of it, lovely food English and foreign food at a good price, wine and spirits, larger and beers,, many foods to pass the time of sitting in home because of the lockdown also many of soft drinks good friendly staff, nice and clean shops. .

One of the largest car parks means less chance of getting marks on car from people opening doors onto yours,if you choose to park away in a quieter corner theres normally plenty of space,cafe is closed at moment for covid reasons but hopefully might re-open soon,handy having an Argos built in under same roof,I like the bright open layout of store with wider than average isles and the fruit and veg section is large and we'll stocked,I've noticed a welcome gradual slight drop in prices lately which is probably due to close proximity of an Aldi at Hamilton,the wine and spirits section sometimes have offers on that present a good saving, normally shopping at this store is a pleasant experience although the Gents toilets hand-wash leaves a little to be desired,it needs a lot of extra rinsing as it feels very slimey and unfortunately they aren't keen on changing the type of soap as it's always like it,Petrol prices there are normally pretty competitive.

Bigger than expected - has everything you need and is always kept really clean/organised. I've never had a problem with staff and they work to maintain social distancing. They close a bit early but can live with that! Great to have in the city centre.
