This store have no tolerance for people that are less abled or less capable. The sales assistant actually said very hurtful things about an autistic child , I can't believe that the sales assistant said that such children shouldn't be brought outside of the house. The child wasn't misbehaving, but the assistant was uncomfortable herself. In this day and age such attitudes from society is unacceptable. The store manager also displayed a lack of understanding and zero empathy.
This is disgraceful and shoppers are urged to make their own decision as to whether they want to carry on supporting such an outlet that displays such prejudiced, abhorrent behaviour. Gracing this store with your custom would mean that you thinks it's acceptable for the staff to speak such things about the vulnerable people of our community. The decision is yours and up to your conscience.

I just want to ask how do you sell your cake ???? in the bakery section, there are several whole cake but when you want to buy per slice they would say that they only sell the once which are already opened and sliced. My question is (if I may ask) is it the first ever buyer who DECIDE which cake to be soloed per slice? or how is it working. I bought two slices one of them was super dry, it seems to last from last day. Not quite fresh the other one was good.
If you could answer me please , that would be clarifying.

This was my first experience in this shop, I was really impressed with the product range as I live in Cambrdge where we don’t have something like this.
I took some pictures to share with my friends and the security guard came to me and said I am not allowed to take pictures. I deleted them.
If you have a policy it should display before embarrassing people In front of others.
The date 13th April and it was around 9pm.
I checked their website also but could not find the policy.

I just love this international supermarket. You can find goods from India, Middle East countries, European countries...
What I like most about it is the variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. Although a bit overpriced sometimes, you can feel the quality when you taste them. I love the fact that they have a bakery inside where you can buy fresh bread and roasted chicken. They also have a section for halal meat.
They have a section for cosmetics where you can find things that you can only find home. Plus, they have all the varieties of grains that you can imagine. If you are a foreigner who is living in the UK and craving some food that reminds of home, Yours is your destination.
The only thing that I don't like is that people keep touching the fruits and vegetables on display. I hope that the managers would ban that. This is extremely unhygienic.

Amazing choice of fruits/vegetables, soaps, beuaty products, smellies sticks, kitchen ware , ethnic food from all over the world. Amazing variety of fish and seafood, yougurts, cheeses, coffees, teas. Friendly, helpful staff, safe and pleasant envirnonment, cheap prices. Nice coffee machine £1 for a drink.No need to travel abroad really. All being brought to Leicester by Alladin magician. It is always a pleasure to visit the place. Sweet pots and a jack fruit tree grown at home thriving well.

Visit this shop today and I NEVER recommend this shop to anyone. I bought 1-kg chicken mince today fro this shop. When I reached home, I saw that they charged me for Sheep mince. See attached pictures. Please double check the label.

I love this shop, it has every ingredient for every exotic recipe you are likely to cook. There is always something new to discover. I think that mask-wearing should have been far better enforced on my visit today, however, especially as the shop can get crowded. They need a policy in line with the law, no admittance without a mask, insisted on before entering.
