Extremely poor experience!
Ordered a chair and a table. Very poor quality and customer service
Assembled the chair myself but a few weeks later, some of the non assembled parts became loose and the handle came off
The table was partly damaged in transit
Sent photos to customer care and they do not even bother replying to emails.
Had also ordered few items from Wakefit which had excellent quality and service. Never going to trust such sellers in future

I took 3x2 raisable table from them. The order booking and delivery were fast. However the product has some usability issues like once you raise it it becomes unstable. Even if you keep a water jug on the table on one side and start working on it then it start to fall due to imbalance. I would expect a better quality for the price since this is the basic design. Otherwise they could have given an option of 2 different height adjustment steps.

I had decided that I will need a dedicated space in the new house for me to work at. But I was in no mood to sacrifice space for it. One of the first results to pop up online when I searched for space saving solutions was Invisible Bed. I dug in deep, went and visited their demo center in Koramangala, and was en route to visit the production center too if the lockdown hadn't hit.
I purchased the wall-mounted sit-stand desk because my jobs overlapped significantly with understanding ergonomics. The wall mounted part saved me space, while the standing option made sure that I would have a change in my working position as needed. I'm in love with this product.
I have to mention here that Invisible Bed had been very kind in accomodating my requests to deliver and install the material at separate dates, given that I was scheduled to move to a new house. Despite the lockdown, the team came home on a Sunday and installed the product. I'm a fan now. I can't wait to purchase from them again.

And this gives option for space for yoga and meditation. More than that, my mop device keeps the floor tidy much quicker and brings smile ????. I have been using their pull down cot for a few years and now foldable desks. The quality is good. For the desks I was originally promised installation and later I was told I need to pay. That apart, very comfortable products and a true space saver.

I had an average or rather bad experience opting a complete package of bed plus mattress solution. No doubt, the concept of having such bed is appreciable as I find its useful in my guest's bed room (not to opt for any daily use bed).
At the first place, it was not easy getting the bed installed as per the committed timeline. I had to take off from my office work multiple days to get the installation done. I opted for white marker board at back of the bed and having this catchy feature definitely costed me much higher.
After few days of instalment, the bed started making very irritating cracking noise, especially while putting weight on the bed. The noise was so prominent and annoying that one would get interrupted during his/her sleep, while taking any turn unconsciously.
The second problem was bubbling on the while marker board/laminate. The laminate started bubbling out from the ply in a large area (air inside). Another issue being, the rod which links both the legs started rusting badly.
On reporting all these, they came couple of times to address the issues however in vain. The cracking sound is somewhat addressed, however the bubbling of the laminate had no resolution. On insisting, finally they decided to change the complete piece of the back ply and the linking road, which they did one fine day (commendable job).
To my bad luck, with all new piece of ply, the same laminate bubbling issue is observed again after 5-6 days of time (something wrong in their factory). I tried to reach them repeatedly, on which they made visit however year passed by, no action taken and I do not keep much hope further now (I have the email communication as well).
Worst of worst, they charged an amount for the mattress (6 inch thickness) which can be cost of any best of best of brand. After month of initial use, the mattress started sagging in the places where one sleeps. Repeated request of looking into this matter is unheard. To me the money paid for the mattress is totally wasted. I should not have gone by their words of opting for mattress (not their domain of work) and rather bought a standard one from market.
Overall, recapping the whole episode at any time makes me nothing but upset.

I was looking for a space saving furniture for my gues bedroom, and came across the Invisible bed. It's n awesome concept. I had decided to go with them once I visited their Koramangala experience center.
I had ordered a queen size sofa bed and I am pretty happy with the on-time delivery and the professionalism of the team.
There was a creaking sound after using it for a while, but they immediately came and fixed it.
It is all good now, almost 5 months since installation.
I would definitely recommend FutureDecor to anyone looking for a space saving furniture.

I got the entire furniture done along the invisible bed. The quality of the furniture is good. They were really professional in getting my requirements and designing according to my requirements. Also they have went overboard in meeting my requirements. Whenever there were some minor issue they were very quick to resolve it. Also the delivery was within the stipulated timeframe. The cost was also reasonable. Overall a pleasant experience. I highly recommend to go with their product and interior design.

We have a king size bed.
For a very long time we were looking for a folding bed. My friend had installed invisible bed and after her experience we went ahead with our order.
I Would certainly recommend the product as it's quite comfortable, spacious and very easy to maintain.

I bought the invisible bed in 2019. It's been close to 1 year and I must say I'm really impressed with the bed. Quality of the bed and mattress are excellent. The hydraulic suspensions work really well. It's saves a huge space for me considering i have a 2 BHK. Cleaning is much easier. Folding the bed and opening are both easy. Kids less than 10-12 years can't operate due the height of the lock so elders are required. Customer service also is really good. Although the company is Bangalore based they have a facility in mumbai to cater to Maharashtra market. I live in Pune and had got it serviced once. They will attend to any problem in few days.
I sort of show off the people who visit my home about this product.
I strongly recommend this product if space is a constraint.
The mattress comes at a very reasonable price and the quality is really really good. We unnecessarily pay a lot of money to other branded companies. The others just add a lot of wright. This mattress is light and I have not had any back problem in the last 1 year.

Its nearly 4 years+ since we bought the Folding Cupboard plus table. No issues till now. Hinges, locks all working. So obviously the quality has been good especially since its used by a Teenager for daily studies. When buying too the experience was impeccable. They were ready for some minor customization and everything arrived on time though we stay pretty outside the City. Good to see from other reviews that they are keeping up the quality and the experience.

I got my entire home interior designing done by them, though initially I had visited the place to check out the invisible bed for a room. The interior designer Asha was able to understand our requirements quickly, and we had a few really qualitative rounds of planning which I'm glad we invested time on, evolving the idea each time, until we were able to replicate the exact ideas on design. We really liked the fact that we did not have to choose from existing designs catalog and could pour out our ideas and get them refined by the designer here.
The execution had minor delays but the team with Asha, Nisar and Naveen were quick to fix the problems.
The invisible bed is used exhaustively in our house, quite comfortable and feels like a normal bed.
It has been 3 months since we started using the furnished house, and it really looks sturdy, and has been receiving great feedback from family and friends who visit.

Foldable cot is a great concept. There are many concepts around the world but I was happy to see a solid solution in Bangalore itself. Many times the guest bedroom will be idle and a regular cot will overwhelm the space. The solution offered by Future decor is sturdy, innovative and absolutely value for money. In my case, this solution helped me to decide a 2 BHK instead of a 3 BHK! What I like is their support after sales and installation. Customer support is world class! Its not just fold-able but affordable too!

I got to know about invisible bed about 3-4 years ago. Since then, I was was waiting for an opportunity to move in to my own house and get this installed. So, when we were relocating to Bangalore, that's the first thing we did. And I can say, I am not disappointed with my decision. It has been a year since I have got the units installed. An excellent and smart solution when you want to reclaim space at home. Lots of times open beds take up space and we don't even use them during the day. We got a King size invisible bed with loft space and cupboard, we got a single bed for study room as well as the study space with i-table. We also got wardrobes in our bedrooms. Very happy with all of them. The precision and workmanship is very good and I hope they continue to maintain the same.
Someone commented on the mattress (saying it was too hard) and gave one star. I think it is really unfair because you are not even judging them on their product and commenting on an accessory that comes with the product. In any case, I would like to state that yes - the mattress is a bit hard but it is good for the back. If you would like to have a soft feel, you can have a padded mattress protector on the mattress I guess. But they care for your back which a regular spring mattress doesn't . So, you need to choose wisely.

Ordered a standard queen size bed with the shelf option first. Delivery, installation and quality were perfect. Went on to order a custom size bed and requested for expedited delivery. Communication was clear right from the start and my special request was accommodated. There was a bit of hickup with the installed hydraulic lift of the second bed but was promptly replaced and the issue solved straightaway

We were looking for bed which saves space our two bed room flat so in youtube we were seen some vedios and approached futur decor. I met Mr. Nanda kishore , he had explained me in detail about the product and features of invisible sofa cum bed. Based on our recommendation they made it extra cushion for sofa and the final outcome was excellent what I was expected.
Team listened all our queries and addressed during the installation procedure.

Recently we bought a 2bhk and wanted to get interiors with few space saving solutions. After lot of research we found Futur Décor who was specialized in these wall bed solutions called invisiblebeds. Very good quality products and very well organized technical team and sales team.
I have bought the Queen size bed with storage facility and it perfect for my room space and I am very happy with the product.
Pros:
1. The bed is very comfortable to sleep on and is not different from the regular bed.
2. The storage facility along with the shelves is also very good.
3. Very good hydraulics used which makes it easy for every one to lift the bed when necessary.(even ladies and aged people can lift it very easily without any trouble).
Cons:
1. Only difficulty I found is during changing the bedspreads , minimum two people required to change the bedspread.
Overall the product is very good and would recommend it to all the people.

I was not sure of the quality of work in the urban modular furniture options available in India. But, decided to try the hidden bed from Futur Decor anyways, as the savings was quite good compared to importing it. Though there were initial glitches they faced in delivering the product on time, I was quite impressed with the quality of work and the final product delivered. It is very well made, well finished and very easy to operate.. I am happy to recommend them to my friends...

The Invisible Bed has been an amazing addition to our bedroom and interiors. Fascinating as it sounds, is it also so while you use it everyday. Ease of use is just one of the many wonderful features it has. The precision that has gone into making it is remarkable and one cannot stop feeling good about having one in their room. We bought it for our little one and she is unbelievably amused every time she shows her mysterious bed to all who comes to visit our home.
It's indeed one of the best investments we have made in our new house so far. We have a single bedroom individual house and were wondering how to give our baby a space of her own to sleep well. This has been the best option. We are extremely happy with the product and the service we have received so far. The best feature being the fact that we have the entire space to move around during the day and in the night we pull the bed down for the kid to sleep. We would love to recommend this product to everyone who likes something different and space saving in their house.
