A big thank you to Tom Broster for his hard work in fighting our Trademark infringement case. We were recommended to him and out of the 4 lawyers we approached he was the only one that outlined a response that resulted in the company removing the infringement, apologising and keeping us from taking further costly legal action. Briffa are not are preferred lawyers for protecting our IP.

We used Briffa for a defence on IPEC it was agreed on fixed fee once that was done and we paid
6 months later you will be invoiced for some work you never agreed on and then they will demand and ignore any emails
JUST avoid it and find a better Intellectual Property solicitors !!! Terrible at communicating especially when you challenge fake invoices.
