Taylor Rose were the estate agent recommended solicitors for our recent purchase (Annie was our solicitor). A little apprehensive given their quote was twice the quote of another solicitor I had used on another purchase that fell through. But given we had a few bumps along the way that Annie helped us navigate, I would say that every extra penny over and above was well spent. Scrimping on a less diligent, professional and accessible solicitor could have easily cost us more in the long run or even the purchase of our property altogether.

I cannot fault her in the slightest.
She made a stressful experience as least stressful as possible.
She communicated with me from start to finish, always kept me informed, was so professional and polite and never got annoyed at the mountain of emails I sent her!
