As all landlords know, that the longer they have a house or room in their property empty, the more it eats into his profit, so if there is no vacancy time ,it is all the better for them.
Century 21 in Reading as done this for me, by being very quick when it comes to filling my rooms,most of the time only a couple of days between the old tenant moving out and the new tenant moving in. They will always keep you informed when there is viewing , as sometimes you are wondering what the letting agents are doing. So its great when they call you up and reassure you that they are working hard to fill your property.
