My experiences here have been nothing short of splendid. From the friendly and charming receptionist to the various nurses that always seem happy to help you out, you can't help but feel welcome! All of the staff members I have interacted with treat you like family, and combined with their beautiful facility, it truly feels like one big home.
From past experiences, I have been apprehensive of nursing homes, but I can confidently say that St. Elizabeth has changed my perspective for the better! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their fine facility to any of my loved ones or friends in the future.

St. Elizabeth is such a nice facility. They have a nice patio space and lobby for patients. The staff is very friendly and it seems that they are very passionate about what they do. I recommend this place to my family and friends who need some extra care for their loved ones because of how great the nurses and therapists are here.

St. Elizabeth is great! The facility itself is very well kept and clean. The staff that I have encountered with have been very welcoming and friendly. Especially the RN Supervisor, Miguel. He is very attentive whenever I have concerns/questions, and has a very big heart caring for his patients. Would recommend this facility!

St. Elizabeth is a great facility! It’s a beautiful building with a very welcoming staff. The nurses and therapists are accommodating to all their patients needs. All staff presents excellent customer service and answers all questions and concerns. I love the atmosphere here and how friendly everyone is!

I can't speak for the other workers here; however, there is an RN who always provides the best care to their patients. I would trust this facility based on the attention to detail and empathy this staff has. Per the sign, heroes definitely work here. Thanks for all that you do for your patients, St. Elizabeth!

I highly recommended St. Elizabeth Healthcare. My Grandmother received excellent care and service after a fall at her home. When visiting, the facility was clean and neat. The staffs were friendly and highly proficient. My grandmother continues to thrive after rehab, thanks to the exceptional work of the team at St. Elizabeth Health Care.

Camilla and Elvie, the dynamic duo of the social services & case management are two of the most caring people that a recovering patient can ask for. They make sure that all the patient's needs are met & taken care of. The Rehabilitation team and nurses are all knowledgeable and caring. Best customer service ever!

If there will be anyone who knows better in comparing Skilled Nursing Facility, I myself have a wealth of knowledge as to which skilled nursing facility stands out as I work in the senior industry.
St Elizabeth has always been on my top priority for alot of reasons:
- St Elizabeth has a 5 star Medicare rating and it takes a whole lot effort to reach that rating.
- At St. Elizabeth they have a low re-admission rate compared to surrounding snfs and against the national and California average rate. = that only proves, that they hold patient care at its highest standard.
- At St Elizabeth, the percentage of short stay of your loved ones has a higher chance of moving independently on their own once tranisitioned back home. = I can personally testify to this.
- At St. Elizabeth, their Social Services/ Case Management are top notch. Both dept are very efficient in discharging residents. Everything is planned way ahead of time. This is a rare case - because majority of discharges and case planning from other facilities only happens on the same day?? How do you ensure safe discharge then?
- In addition to that, to ensure that they are safe back home, Elvie/Camilla would make a follow up call or send a Transitional Care program to ensure that all needs are met and patient is safely home.
- At St Elizabeth, amidst Covid they did their best to personalized their care. They sent out hand written letters from volunteers. They hired singer to serenade seniors from a distance to prevent feeling of isolation or depression. Their Activity Director is relentlessly keeping them feel loved and engaged.
- At St Elizabeth, I can guarantee you that they are ethical. The stay of your loved ones depends on how they are clinically ready to go home, it doesn't depend on how much more Medicare days they can exhaust off of them. This is an eye opener to me as well. Majority of Skilled Nursing Facility delays discharges just because of how much more they can bill their insurances . At st Elizabeth, it has to be always at the best interest of the patient. And I was always reminded of that by their own Administrator! That it always has to be, Patient Care focused!
- At St Elizabeth, Doctors and NP's are quick to respond and to provide care. Doctors round on the weekly basis. And drs here directly communicate with the family.
- I wrote this to magnify on how ethical and patient focused they are. And how St Elizabeth's employees worked immeasurably hard to provide utmost patient care! I would highly recommend them at all times!!

My sister-in-law has been a resident for about 8 months. Because of the care she has received her health has improved dramatically. Between the caring staff and the exceptional activities her overall outlook has improved and she is much happier than we thought possible when initially thinking about a 'nursing home'. The number of and quality of activities combined with the way the activities staff encourages the residents has exceeded our expectations, especially when compared to other facilities.
There is a lot to learn about the health care system in the realm of long term care, so patience is helpful, especially in the early stages. The staff helped us through our questions throughout, helping us to understand what to expect. St Elizabeth is a great place with a very dedicated staff.

My husband was a Medicare part A rehab patient. He was treated with dignity. He was a difficult person due to Levy Body Dementia so even though he came alive many nights and screamed at staff and kicked at them they continued to treat him very with very caring attitude. The facility did not have a odor. The little sitting area by the front door made a home like spot to have a cup of coffee with my husband. Our little dog was welcome to come and visit My husband every day said the food was delicious. Our family came for a special Thanksgiving meal with him. I have never tasted a celaberty meal as good as what was served. The therapy department were able to get him walking and sitting after he had a stroke that the Dr said he did not have a chance to walk again. Thank you St Elizabeth for getting him up again

This is the only place my mom has ever liked, which is saying a lot. It feels comfortable and the people are very nice that I’ve met. At another facility, the people scurried away when they saw you looking around trying to figure out who to ask a question of. This place is very helpful and I’m grateful for their kindness and patience.
