Really miss popping into the shop but fully understand why they decided to take the business online. Their great products are all available to purchase and any special, on-off products are accommodated with enough prior notification. Please don’t hesitate to buy from this company. Customer service is second to none and any town would be proud to have this small business operating for their community. Heidi even hand delivered a product to my home (which was out of her way) last year which was totally unexpected but shows the level of care and consideration they have for their customers. Keep up the good work and Merry Christmas to you.

I placed an order with Dukki Gifts & Souvenirs in November with delivery to Canada. The order was filled and shipped in short order and arrived in Canada in tip top condition. I couldn't be happier with the calendars, coasters and mug! It was a great taste of home and a good laugh reminiscing over the slang, some of which I still use. I have ordered from Dukki Gifts quite a few times now and I find the products very good quality. I've even had a couple of things custom made through the website (which is very easy to navigate). I am constantly receiving comments about my custom made face masks and I tell everyone where I got them... I've found more people talk to me with them on (obviously got an ugly mug and the mask disguises that!). Packaging always good and delivery always speedy.

Purchased from Dukki for the first time on saturday night after seeing their shop on facebook and my items have arrived already. The quality feels absolutely amazing and I will 100% be buying all my families presents from here in future. We placed a last minute Christmas order due to change of plans. It was a lovely t-shirt which does exactly what we want it to do. They agreed to let us pick it up as we live local and we look forward to giving it on Christmas Day. When they didn't have the right colour I was called and it was fixed straight away. A little something different,I absolutely love this shop!!! It offers varied sayings of the Nottinghamshire area on all sorts of merchandise including clothing and cards too. Their prices are very reasonable and you are always greeted with a smile. I cannot recommend them enough.
