I’ve worked with Ivy for about 6 weeks. When I started, I was eating way too much, felt constantly bloated, wasn’t sleeping great, and just couldn’t get out of the cycle of overeating. I signed up to lose weight, which I have, but I feel so much better too! I’m less bloated, sleeping great, my skin is clearer, and my moods are more consistent. Ivy has been available for all my questions and she has helped me figure out how to eat well and feel satisfied. I love the accountability I have with her. The app makes it very helpful to stay on track, too. I know Ivy will help me crush all my weight and fitness goals.

Cathy was an awesome nutritionist/dietitian. I lost almost 30 pounds and I was able to develop lifelong skills with overall healthier habits. While success in the program is a two-way street, Cathy was always available for questions and found ways to get my motivation going when I was struggling. I challenged her with my requirements and she was able to keep coming up with solutions to guide me through my obstacles. The program OnPoint offered was exactly what I wanted it to be. It allowed me flexibility in my schedule and my budget, and it held me accountable for my body and drove results. There were different options in how often I met with my nutritionist and I was always able to cancel or reschedule. I am recommending Cathy and OnPoint to anyone I know that is looking to get an expert’s help in losing weight.

They tailor it to you! I did almost a year of Intuitive Eating before trying OnPoint. I struggled for years with binge-eating, and I understand that what caused that to begin with was restriction and harmful dieting behaviors. However, with IE I felt even more out of control, even going through it with a professional, and it got to the point where I was binge-eating 3 or more times a week (eating until I felt sick, entire sheet pans of dessert, other people's food, in hiding, etc...). I needed help with IE principles (I can't count calories or weigh myself often, etc...), but also needed more structure (I needed to set a goal to not binge-eat rather than give myself complete unconditional permission). It was SO complicated. And I felt like there was no middle ground anywhere! All of this is a long way of saying that what OnPoint does is take YOUR goals, whatever they are, and help you walk through them - not give you someone else's system. And I specifically want to thank my coach, Brittany Linn for her patience and expertise in talking through all of this with me and always being there when I had a question. It's like therapy, but for food! I haven't binge-ate in almost two months, and OnPoint has literally changed my life <3

So glad to have found OnPoint - I’ve been working with Zoe for about two months now and she’s helped me rethink how I eat to fuel workouts, take care of my physical health, and feel better overall! While weight loss was my main goal, and she’s helped immensely with that, Zoe has also helped me improve my relationship with food to be a more positive one. Also, as the price for sessions is affordable and the services are tailored to your needs, so far it’s been a much better decision than weight watchers or other points-based tracking programs that I’ve tried previously. I have been working with Erin at OnPoint for a little less than a year now, and I can't say enough good things about her or this program! I have spent most of my life on and off diet programs like Weight Watchers, keto etc. Those never worked for me and I never knew why. Through working with Erin, I have come to realize how disordered my relationship with food is and that I need to work through that before I can begin to lose weight. I have always labeled food as 'good' and 'bad' and I have always had an all or nothing mentality when it comes to dieting and weight loss. I seriously can't thank Erin enough for all that she has taught me and continues to teach me. Every time that we meet, its like another light bulb goes off in my head, and I know that slowly but surely I am repairing my relationship with food. Erin is incredibly kind, patient, understanding and supportive. I never feel judged or feel like a burden. I can message her anytime on the app and know she will get back to me with helpful advice or encouragement. I also love the virtual workshop classes they have almost weekly.. they are so helpful and give great ideas!! I highly recommend OnPoint and especially working with Erin :)

At the beginning of this year, I decided it was time to put my health and diet front and center. I've tried shakes, Noom, Weight Watchers and many other programs before, with some success I will admit. But in this case, I felt it was time to hire a human, a person that can speak with me and help me in this journey. In a new, unplanned virtual world, I found OnPoint and got started. I have been very happy with Leslee (my nutritionist) and I like to call her a "food therapist". We talk about triggers, events in my life that may trigger bad habits and of course, what to eat and why. I use the app on my phone daily and it provides many great resources .In the first 10 weeks of my program I'm down 15 pounds and have another 15 to go to hit my first goal. I can't say enough about their program, management and overall process.

Am I ever glad that I found OnPoint. Since I started working with Erin 6 months ago, I've lost 30 pounds to achieve my target weight, my clothes fit better, and I have more energy throughout the day. In short, I feel significantly healthier than I have in years! OnPoint has helped me develop a healthy relationship with food and love my body. I have been working with Shannon Gray and she is amazing! Starting this program, I just wanted to find a way to get energy from food that wasn’t caffeine and to just have a healthy relationship with food. I was able to quit coffee after a month (I have had at least 2 cups everyday for 10 years). I have now become a great cook and am loving my body/self so much more. I have lost weight through this process but more importantly I feel really good! I have energy, I feel full without feeling sick, and I am able to not feel guilty since I understand what I am putting into my body. I have had gut issues, migraine last, and caffeine issues my whole life. I am on week 12ish of this program has helped SO much of my pain to go away or significantly lessen! I am a teacher so I have a crazy schedule and Shannon is always able to work with me! I highly recommend this program. You learn how to cook, feel good about what you are eating, and create real change in your life. I have gotten many comments from friends and family about how great I look and that is the cherry on top of all of this! I can’t wait to keep working with Shannon!

As a whole, I have been very impressed with OnPoint Nutrition. From the very first interview to the process of assigning a dietician, they are thoughtful and take the time to understand your needs. I did a program with nutritionist Kate Sottosanti. I can't sing Kate's praises enough. I've struggled with eating since I was an adolescent. I've tried numerous diets but always took one step forward and two steps back. I was completely at a loss. My fiancee recommended Kate to me after working with her. This program is not a "diet" by any stretch of the imagination. My program allowed for me to eat CONSTANTLY. I was never hungry. I never felt deprived. Kate gave me the tools to be able to conquer my eating issues. She gave me a structured way of looking at daily food intake to be able account for the things that I liked. If I knew I was going to eat something like Pizza or Wings, I could structure my day to allow for it. This is not calorie counting. This is not deprivation. This is a structured approached to eating that gives you all the tools you need to lose weight. I have not lost weight this consistently in my entire life and I never stopped eating the things I like to eat. I preach the book of OnPoint Nutrition and the Gospel of Kate Sottosanti. Do it! You won't regret it!

I am so impressed with my experience so far with OnPoint and would love to recommend their services to anyone looking for nutritional support! From my initial consultation to my followup meetings with my provider, Leslee, I am so ecstatic to be part of a program that is knowledgable, fact-based, well rounded, and professional. I have been working with Leslee for a month and have made great progress compared to when I was trying lose weight all by myself. My eating habits have changed for the better, I feel more energized, and I appreciate her helping me ease into this healthy lifestyle, judgement free. We not only discuss my dietary goals, but talk about life as a whole and how that impacts the progress I am making. The website and app are easy to use and allow users to directly contact their provider outside of the scheduled zoom meetings as well as log their meals. I have also found great recipes, tips, and webinars on their website. If you have specific goals, are looking for support, accountability, or to learn something new about nutrition, definitely schedule a consultation to learn more about the different programs offered. I am so glad I did and have gotten so much more out of this than I would have ever thought!

When I signed up for a nutrition program focusing on weight loss, I expected suffering. My expectations could not have been further from my experience with On Point. The counseling focused on my eating preferences and particular needs arising from my diabetes and being 70 years old. I have learned so much about food, nutrition and planning that I have developed care, enthusiasm and intelligence in my food selection and preparation. As the new habits became more routine, I noticed how cravings were gone and my energy became more even during the day. In the middle of the training I received a cancer diagnosis. My counselor, Shannon, was knowledgeable about which changes might best serve me in this situation. I feel that I been given useful tools for the various issues I am confronting, I am so delighted to have On Point in my corner.

I have been an OnPoint Nutrition client since February of 2020. Specifically Kaitlyn Willwerth has been my nutritionist since day 1 and I would say my experience with her and the entire setup offered by OPN has been nothing short of amazing. I changed to a vegan diet early this year, I entered a fairly heavy workout regimen and, like all of us, saw my life changed drastically by the virus. On top of all these changes I am based in Singapore which creates an additional complexity to work with a US based professional. From the beginning Kaitlyn worked with me to understand my circumstances and goals and set a diet plan that would help me manage those. Throughout the process she was always available for me to check things with her and to make adjustments as necessary to stay on track. The results have been great and I always look forward to our discussions around how to maintain good habits developed, drop any bad habits or just find new ways to keep variety in the diet whilst staying on track with the macros. Structure-wise I really like the Nudge app, it is simple and helps me keep track of my days really well. The regular phone check ins work great as well, and my every second week frequency for these is just fine. Initially I was a bit confused my some of the supporting materials provided around how to map different foods and portion sizes into the macros in the plan. But it did not take long to master the conversions and Kaitlyn has also always been available to provide guidance when I needed such. In summary, my life in 2020 has taken significant turns, some planned, some unplanned. OnPoint has been there to be my partner and supporter through these changes and I feel I would not have been able to make the most of these changes without their help. Huge thank you to Kaitlyn and the entire team for their amazing work and support!

Kristin the registered dietician I work with has an incredible amount of knowledge, has a positive attitude, and is incredibly supportive. I love my dietitian. She is very real world and down to earth. She knows I am not perfect. So when I have a bad day all she does is ask questions to find out why that day was bad. But they are not personal questions. We try to find the triggers then figure out how to respond differently next time. It all positive reinforcement. And it’s working! I have lost 13.6 pounds. I don’t know exactly when I started but it has not been very long. I have lost my chocolate cravings and I love eating the fresh non processed foods. If you are short on time there are great fast recipes in the app. If you are looking for a program that will keep the weight off forever, this is the one!

I just finished up my program with Zoe. It was a great experience for me. I am a young guy in my early 20s, but I have always had problems adding structure to my diet and noticed through blood tests that my blood sugar was a bit high. After a few weeks working with Zoe, we found helpful techniques that worked for me, helped me lose some weight, and improved my mood and energy levels! I couldn’t recommend these guys more! It’s pretty low commitment because your plan renews every few weeks, so you can always change it. Give it a shot and you won’t be disappointed!

I have been working with Kaitlyn for the last 6 weeks and I have lost 7 pounds. I really like concept behind this company where you get to eat real food and you're taught how to make the right food choices for yourself rather than being sent some frozen food or bars or smoothies. This is the first time I have been eating a lot more and still managing to loose weight. I have learned so much about what works for my body as well as how to make good choices when going on vacation as well eating out. I also like the pace of the program of loosing about 1 pound a week which is slow but definitely sustainable. Also, with my busy schedule, exercising is not always possible and I like how this program is designed without having to follow a rigorous exercise routine. My energy has been up since starting this program. I also like not having to count calories and be worried about how to plan meals with limited calories. Also, I like how the food is portioned and categorized into starches, protein, fats, fruits, veggies and dairy and I know what foods I have to target in order to get the right portions for the day. Working with Kaitlyn has been really amazing. She is super motivating and I like interacting with her on a weekly basis. She is super helpful in suggesting ideas for meal prep as well as other food concerns. I would definitely recommend on point nutrition to anyone who wants to loose weight but does not know where to start and wants something that is easy to maintain and enjoy the weight loss process.

Excellent programme. I've been on it for a year and a half and I lost 13 kgs. I hardly ever gain any of it back and I gain back a couple while on vacation, I know just how to bring it back down. I’ve been using Onpoint for about three years! I came in not knowing how to eat a balanced meal so that I’m full and don’t rely on heavy snacking. They also focused on macros for me as opposed to calories. Ivy was able to help me by going through the food guide and breaking every meal down into categories. We had weekly calls in the beginning and eventually was able to only do it monthly so she can check in and see how I was doing. I liked how they were virtual so I could access them from any location on the phone and through messages. I would definitely recommend them to others looking to eat balanced or lose weight.
