I learned of OnPoint Nutrition after a story on 6ABC. For many years I have struggled to loose weight and to keep it off for over the long term. My first focus was always going to gym and trying to run it or work it off. However I never focused on my choices when eating meals out or at home. OnPoint has worked with me to develop a program around what I do, what I like, and even worked to get me to try new things I never ever would of thought I eat. The program of meeting online makes it easy, and with the constant follow up that the program has, it really puts you in a position too succeed. I fully recommend OnPoint to anyone that is looking for ways to loose weight, eat healthy and make better choices when you are out and about or at home. Trust me I work 60-65 hours a week and I'm able to fit in my two 30 minute skype calls a week with no problem. You will be happy that you do it! I AM!!

I am just finishing up my 9th week and cannot be more pleased with the results. I have learned so much about healthy eating and portion control, which to me are the most important lessons that I could have learned to incorporate into a healthy lifestyle long term. Since recently switching to Zoe, she has been amazing. Even after a bad weekend or tracking a meal that I know I should not have consumed, she NEVER makes me feel bad or guilty, but rather focuses on how far I have come and how to make better choices the next time. I love the accountability that the face time calls have provided me with as well as the 24/7 access to be able to text Zoe with any random question I may have. I have tried multiple diets in the past, and feel as though I have learned the most from this one. The price is not cheap, but my overall health and well-being is priceless to me and something that I have made of the utmost priority. Thank you so much to you Zoe (and Katelyn in the beginning) for ALL of your help

This is the first program I have used over several years that has been successful. I have lost 20 lbs. in 12 weeks and plan to continue with the good eating habits I have learned even when on my surgery break from the program. My favorite part is NOT having to go to any meetings, sit through clapping and one or two attendees monopolizing the meeting. Britney is always on time when we set the time for a call and always there with helpful tips if and when I'm having a bad few days or my various appointments get in the way. She is a delight! Thank you so much Britney. I'm now down a size in my clothes and have packed up all my sz. 20X to give to Goodwill.

After 15 weeks of working with Britney Kennedy and OnPoint Nutrition I've lost 17lbs! Not depriving myself, not cutting out all sugars (crazy!), not cutting out all carbs (even crazier!), but by making conscious decisions and eating towards my goal! Eventually focusing more on being healthy oppose to losing weight. Of course it wasn't all "easy peasy" and I bumped into challenges, not only with foods but also factors that challenged me mentally. I overcame these challenges and continue working on some. Still have a few more lbs to go and then the maintaining process begins; here I come! [more food :)] Thank you for forcing me to eat ice cream on a given day, for your help, and support! May sound a little absurd to most, but thank you for teaching me how to eat!

I love Onpoint Nutrition. I first heard about it from my sister who saw the segment on 6abc and told me about. I had kept saying how I had wanted to lose the weight. Thanks to OnPoint Nutrition and Annie I have finally been making positive strides in the right direction to my weight loss journey. I have learned to make the correct portion when it comes to my meals. Thanks to Annie I have been able to apply all of the things that I have learned into my everyday life and still have the option to eat some of my favorite foods without going overboard.
