My dietitian is Carol Lowndes, and I fully trust her. She creates plans that are specific for my body needs, using foods that I like and combining them in a smart and efficient way. I don’t feel like I’m dieting at all.
I’m part of the Transform360 program, and I’m super motivated to reach my goal! I’m very happy with the results, and definitely recommend any professional if the clinic, because they all have Raquel’s level of amazing service.

Really nasty service.Its all online, they don't care about you. All nutrituinist are brazilian, living in Brazil and probably receiving a brazilian income as Raquel only does instagram and she doesn't even contact you at any time. It's all about instagram and fame but non existent service. Beside that in her website there is not even her university diplome or curriculum vitae. In her facebook private group they control what you post and you can't post anything going against or even questioning her methods or diets!

All about making money. They over charge what Bupa pay them and force you to pay the extra. Never had this before. The food intolerance tests are also not scientifically proven and most people advise against them. Overall, felt like a bit of a money making con. Wouldn’t use again!

Life changing experience.
With a height of 5ft 2 I’m a petite person who has been gaining and losing weight my entire life.
In the 5 months I’ve been consulting Lucia I’ve lost 6kg of pure fat (that’s half a stone) and added 3 months of lean muscle. I’ve done every diet and training program under the sun and never had results like this - nor have I ever looked or felt better.
Lucia is absolutely amazing. I have already referred two friends of mine who have seen incredible results themselves.
Starting out a program like this is expensive and takes a lot of discipline - but if you need a change and stick to the plan you’ll be given you will get the results you’ve always dreamt of.

The Journey
I joined Britzke Nutrition in 2018 and my only regret is that I did not meet my nutritionist sooner!
My nutritionist, Karline Porter is incredibly knowledgeable and thoroughly professional. Throughout this journey she has been hugely supportive, understanding, kind and patient.
She has been the only person to believe in me, even when I thought certain goals were impossible.
Over the years I tried many different methods to try and lose weight, from yoyo-dieting to liquid diets nothing seemed to have worked (If it did…it was only short term). I even had a personal trainer for a few years and I saw no visible results.
Karline has re-educated me and has greatly improved my relationship with food. It is the easiest way I have ever lost weight and one of the best things I have ever done for myself.
The diet does not feel like a diet. It really is a life style change. Everything I eat tastes great and I am never hungry. I can even eat carbs!
As well as greatly improving my energy levels and overall health. I have lost over 4 stones since 2018 and that is without going to the gym and still having a social life.
Britzke Nutrition know what they are doing. It just works.
