Lily ran a fantastically crafted session on Nutrition for Lloyds Banking Group, as part of Mental Health Awareness Week. The session on food and how it contributes to our mood was truly exceptional and timely given the current climate we have found ourselves in. Lily's session was attended by 900+ colleagues and was one of the most interactive and enjoyable sessions I have ever attended, with colleague feedback being overwhelming positive. After her excellent session on Healthy eating whilst working from home earlier in the summer, we were really pleased to welcome Lily back to deliver another fantastic webinar on Eating Well During the Festive Season. This session was also well-attended by colleagues throughout our European offices, and we have received excellent feedback from attendees, who found the webinar interesting, informative and practical. Lily's live demonstration of how to prepare healthy gingerbread biscuits was particularly impressive! Lily is extremely knowledgeable and a talented presenter who is able to distill complicated science into easy to understand and highly practical advice. We hope to be able to welcome her to our office for another session when circumstances allow.

I cannot rate Lily highly enough! She hosted a very thorough and informative session to our employees on "Eating for a High Energy Work Day". Lily answered all questions asked during the session and even had a queue of people wanting to speak with her afterwards. Lily also arranged some taster samples from Pip and Nut, Virtue Water and Brave Peas which went down a treat! Big thank you to Lily for such an enjoyable session.

Lily was great. Before my wedding she provided me with some really useful advice, helping me to alter my (high sugar) diet with simple changes. I managed to drop a belt size as a result. Lily is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about nutrition. Lily is easy to talk to and very understanding of how people can slip into an unhealthy lifestyle - notably in high stress work environments. Lily provided an excellent seminar to our employees aimed at improving wellbeing as part of our annual wellness month. Lily delivered a detailed and interactive presentation on “Eating for a High Energy Work Day” and was able to explain herself and answer employee questions with ease. The feedback from our employees was very positive and everyone enjoyed tasting the new healthy foods and drinks and we were all grateful for the ‘goody bag’. "I speak for all the U6th when I say we all learnt something new. I thought the talk was engaging and incredibly appropriate for this time in the term where post mocks our stomachs will definitely be feeling the effects of post mock stress eating/ (or not eating.) As someone who’s trying to keep an eye on what I’m consuming towards exams I’m always keen to learn about how we can use our bodies to optimise our performance. I think Lily did a great job in clearly addressing many dietary issues our student body may be facing. I think it was a great talk and I’m keen to use the recipes and tips she gave us. Definitely a great talk for the L6th to have next year!" It has also sparked interest amongst the leaders in the year group to set up a meeting with the catering department to offer tiny tweaks hopefully leading to big changes in terms of the outcome. The students are keen to organise in-house cookery classes on Saturday morning perhaps inviting along their parents for an hour or so before sport that afternoon to host a workshop with the College chefs. We've done this before and it's so much fun

I went to see Lily for an enduring issue and couldn’t have asked for a better nutrition coach. Not only was I provided with lots of useful resources, but Lily was very friendly and open-minded. She really listened and tailored her advice to my specific situation, and helped me understand what small changes I could make to my diet and sports regime. The information was complete and extensive, yet presented in a very clear and understandable way. Upon following her advice, I quickly experienced improvements. By having weekly phone calls and being at the end of the phone for menu advice if need, if helped me to continue to dine out and be social whilst not destroying all the hard work I had done during the week. I went to see Lily for a weight loss consultation. After speaking to her and going through my routine and goals, she came up with a tailored weight loss programme with detailed analysis on what to eat and what to avoid. Following that, we had regular communication so that she could tweak my programme on areas where I was struggling. The whole experience was a great and I achieved 100% of my goals. I would recommend Lily to anyone who is looking to lose weight or learn about healthy diet
