After being treated for over eight years with stage 4 pancreatic cancer and paying on time with my excellent insurance, Somewhere a 61.00 dollar bill fell through the cracks. I was turned over to a collection agency who have been harassing me with phone calls and this is after I payed the bill. Of course it was not their fault since they had my information since 2008. In the passed they would ask for payment before service and I would happy to comply.this is undo stress for me and my family .

The first appointment I had, I accidentally went to the wrong place and it took 40 minutes of me calling for them to give me directions. I had to reschedule. Next appointment, they told me to arrive early, did not specify how early. I figured half an hour would be appropriate. I show up and they want me to re register, which is fine, but I was not aware of have to do so as they hadn't said anything beforehand. I was 4th in line and they'd only called one person before my appointment time hit. I couldn't be checked in, because I had not yet been registered. So I'm missing this appointment, too. I had to drive 30 minutes here for an appointment to discuss whether or not I need blood thinners to avoid dropping dead on the street. Apparently communication is not a goal or of any importance in this center.

Great doctors and staff. Main problem is checking out. There were 8 people in line including me. One man doing the checkout and giving advise on treatment dates and coordinating future appointments etc . After almost 30 minutes someone came out said you can go to another desk ( the man is still helping the same patient). So then most of us moved to the next desk, now we are down to 6 people. You cant ask anyone to hurry, the advise on the check outs are really important and time consuming. I did not feel well and I am sure other patients felt the same way. They need two people at each desk. Way to many patients trying to check out, with only one person at the desk.

If I could give them NO stars, I would! Most unprofessional office staff. I believe I dealt with Anjelica Bongiflio?? She was so rude and I don’t understand why people behave this way especially towards those who are ill. No care for patients...
