I was introduced to OnPoint through my gym. I decided to sign up for The Academy program & worked with Kate. My reason for signing up was because I was sick of dieting. Many friends I have are on strict meal plans, and I realized that is not for me. I learned so much about nutrition from Kate during those 20 weeks. This has never once felt like a diet. In the beginning it did take some thought process & planning to make sure I stayed on track, but it easily formed into a habit. I didn't have to give up my favorite things like dining out & wine! Post program I am still following through. I am still in touch with Kate through the app, and she helps me when I'm feeling stuck. She also reviews restaurant menus with me which is great. Talking to Kate is always easy. She has so many great tips & never judges. had never been successful in tracking my food, but this app is super easy to use. I did lose weight (& continue to do so), but more importantly, I feel so much better. One of the best things I've done for myself!

I decided to sign up for OnPoint right before a big move and renovation and it was one of the best things I could've done. Zoe was able to make a healthy eating simple during a stressful time. The weekly checkins and app make it easy to stay on plan. Zoe is always offering new recipes and different ways to keep moving throughout the week. And she helps with making little goals each week to stay on plan. I just extended my plan with her and I'm excited to see where the next 10 weeks takes me!

Ivy is a fantastic support to me! When I’m at a restaurant or shopping I can hear her saying “ Beth is that the best choice?” We discuss lots of options and she always offers recipes and alternate starches especially!! I greatly appreciate that I’m learning proper proportions with real store bought food. None of the specialty foods others programs put you on. You get the weight off and then are shopping for yourself. On Point starts that way from the get go! That’s is one of the reasons I will always recommend On Point Nutrition to others!! I’ve been working with Kaitlyn for about 9 weeks now and I just extended my program. I’ve learned how to eat what I want and how to make healthy choices when I go out to eat. Kaitlyn works with me to find delicious recipes and snacks and doesn’t make me eat food that I hate. Plus, she is really good about getting back to you when you message her during off hours. With guidance and healthier choices, I’ve lost about 13 pounds! If you have trouble eating and losing weight like I did, I 100% recommend you giving on point nutrition a chance to help you out!!

I have loved my experience working with Katelan. She has made me feel comfortable asking questions and not feeling judged. Without her, I would not have been able to go dairy-free, and by doing that, I feel so much better. I worked with Zoe Fienman during my time with OnPoint Nutrition. She is a wonderful nutritionist and an excellent human being. I learned a lot about weighing my food and we discussed different combinations of foods that would be beneficial for me to help reduce my diabetes. I was referred to OnPoint Nutrition by a close friend who also was involved with the program, and have had the pleasure of working with both Emily and Katelan. Having always been a picky eater, and not one to believe in losing a lot of weight in a short time only to gain it back programs, OnPoint has built a very easy to follow, healthy, and manageable program for me whether at home or on the road. Most important, I'm eating the same foods I love, and not starving myself as other programs would have you do. I started this program to not only lose weight for myself, but at the advice of doctors since my lab work showed higher then normal levels. Having started this program mid-Jan 2020 and having gone through COVID's Stay at Home order, I've been able to follow along with the program at my pace, even allow some cheat meals here and there, and achieve reasonable goals. Now I'm 20 pounds lighter 5 months later. I'm in much better shape then I've been at in years, my energy levels have increased, and I now know how to continue this life style journey once my time with OnPoint ends. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to make an easy, healthy, life change.

There aren't enough words for me to express how amazing OnPoint Nutrition is! I've been working with Ivy for about 9 weeks and have lost over 15 lbs. Its the easiest 15 lbs I've ever lost. She and this program are amazing. I know I am making the mental changes that will last for my entire life. My life and body image has never been better...and its been fun! I’ve tried many diet plans and was tired of being restricted to eating certain foods, shakes or bars to lose weight. My main goal wasn’t to worry about the number on the scale, I wanted to have more energy and learn about nutrition and develop healthy eating habits that I could live by. So far my experience with OnPoint has been great! About a year and a half ago I set out to lose weight through permanent changes to my habits (vs extreme diets followed by regaining weight). I easily lost 30 lbs Relatively easily with with Noom and felt that my brain and whole thinking about food had been rewired. But then I plateaued. That’s when I decided to give OnPoint a try. My nutritionist Ivy has helped me build on what I learned about the psychology of weight loss in Noom and take things to the next level with a better understanding of what my body needs nutritionally. We’ve been able to identify some food sensitivities that we’re holding me back and hone in on what nutrients I need Be eating to avoid constant hunger. I’m down another 15 lbs after about 15 weeks with OnPoint and feeling great. Highly recommended.

I joined Onpoint 5 weeks ago. Although I felt a bit overwhelmed in the beginning, I stuck with it thanks to Ivy and am so glad I did. Ivy is so helpful, knowledgeable, accessible and most of all supportive and encouraging. I feel so much better physically now that I am eating a more healthy, balanced and nutritious plan. I’m not hungry and my cravings are less. I can even go out to eat and have a glass of wine or 2 with some easy planning.

Been working with on-point for the last month. As someone who didn’t really think it was possible to stick to a nutrition plan, this is 100% sustainable for anyone. They don’t sell their own line of shakes, bars, etc. which goes to show their main focus is your health and well-being, not making a quick buck like a lot of these other programs you see on the market. Katelan was amazing! She held me accountable but was not intimidating in any way. I really looked forward to our weekly talks and to be honest it was a little sad when it was over! But I felt confident with what she taught me and I know that I will always have that with me. Katelan taught me what proper portions are and when I should be eating certain foods to make me feel my best hroughout the day. But the most important lesson Katelan taught me was that it’s not about the number on the scale and that it’s ok to have a bagel with cream cheese every once in a while and to not feel bad about it! I highly recommend using this service.

As many have echoed before me, OnPoint Nutrition is not a quick weight loss solution or a fad diet. It is a lifestyle change and you need to be committed to changing your life before you sign up in order to succeed. I have been working with Ivy for about 6 weeks now and she has been able to change the way that I think about food and has been my constant motivator. She is always available if I have any questions or need help planning a meal out. The nudge app has been a huge part of keeping my meal planning on track and my weight loss consistent. At first I wasn’t sure if an online video zoom connection would be comfortable and effective. However I found the tools and the process very user friendly. And very effective. Awesome organization. I am a diabetic and was taking 120 units of insulin a day along with metformin. After working with Emily for about 8 months I was able to lose 30 pounds and reduce my insulin from 120 units a day to 50 units. Like Emily said it's not a diet it's a change of life style. I am so grateful I was suggested On Point Nutrition. For years I have been listening to all the diet fads and have been doing what I call the diet yo-yo ! Being very active I couldn’t understand how my no carb and intermittent fasting was not allowing me to loose weight. I have been with Kaitlyn for only a few weeks and have lost 4.8 pounds! I’m eating more food than ever and again eating carbs! I’m never hungry and feel amazing . Kaitlyn is a complete joy to speak to and answers all my questions so quickly. OnPoint nutrition has changed the nutrition game for me. I have always been an active person who enjoys long runs and high intensity work outs. However, I never saw the results I truly wanted until teaming up with Emily. She took the time to teach me exactly what to eat and the importance of meal prepping (and how to do it).
