The system, information and support are great for establishing new routines and habits. The education I received helped me make better choices for the right reasons and to never have to “diet” and try fads... just simple ways to eat whole foods daily. Ivy is the best! I found OnPoiny Nutrition through the Transformation column in Be Well Philly. I have check ins with Zoe and she is wonderful. She has created a series of meal plans that are delicious and satisfying. The plan is easy for me to manage and I feel great. Zoe is watching my intake as I train for Broad Street. I am sleeping better at night because I’m not overeating at night and I’m fueling my body with the correct foods. Zoe is professional but approachable. This is the best investment I’ve made in my well-being besides my gym.

For the past few months I have been working with Katelan to try and reach not just my goal weight, but my goal lifestyle. She made healthy eating easy and accessible. I love working with Ivy at OnPoint. I have had a body transformation and a lifestyle change because of this organization. I have learned to eat healthier, and how to make better decisions when eating out. I have learned how to have sweets in moderation and how to pick myself up when I get off track. No more nonsense, just real help. Ivy helps me with meal ideas and better alternatives so that I can eat a variety of foods in a healthy way. I feel so much better. Having someone each week to ask questions, seek support from and ultimately keep me in check has been great! Kaitlin has been so wonderful during my transformation. I have learned a great deal about nutrition and the fuel that my body needs in order to be a healthier version of myself. The twice weekly meetings for the first part of the program are extremely helpful to stay on point and have someone who really cares about you help to hold you accountable. I would recommend using this program if you want to take back your life and stop the cycle of poor eating habits.

I have been working with OnPoint for 5 months at the time of writing this review. I work with Kate and I love the help and results I get with my nutritionist. The best thing about working with OnPoint, is that your nutritionist tailors your meal plan to fit your lifestyle. In an ideal world, all of us would always get enough sleep and have a reasonable workload, but we don't live in an ideal world. I am very busy and my schedule fluctuates; Kate regularly adjusts my meal plan to fit my needs. I highly recommend OnPoint services.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience using OnPoint Nutrition and have seen some encouraging results already! All our lives, we have heard confusing information on what we should be eating, how much of it and what foods to avoid. Looking at infographics and pie charts only fueled further confusion and had us jumping from one fad diet to the next, along with giving up bread and desserts altogether. Finally fed up, we called OnPoint and scheduled a consultation. After our initial meeting, we felt encouraged and signed up. Where our weight-loss was not as rapid as it had been on past diets we had tried, this was consistent! About a pound a week! And the weight keeps coming off! OnPoint taught us how we ought to be eating and when, what the difference is between one kind of food and another, and trained us with identifying appropriate portion-sizes with cooked or raw food. The result is not just weight loss and feeling better, but confidence that we never have to try another fad diet or give up bread ever again! OnPoint is awesome!

Kate has been my nutritionist for about 3 months now. She has been so very helpful. The whole OnPoint philosophy is rational, reasonable, and balanced. It’s certainly a lifestyle I can live with long term. Having the biweekly checkins really kept me focused. Kate would help guide me over the hurdles that come along the way-like eating out or out-of-town company. She was also indispensable in modifying my program as I shed the pounds (11.5 so far!) I highly recommend OnPoint- it’s a program that works!

Before joining On-Point I tried every diet in the book. You name it… I’ve tried it. I decided to give On-Point a try. I wanted to develop a healthy maintainable lifestyle and stop dieting. I’m currently working with Ivy. She is helping me develop healthy habits and create manageable weekly goals. She also helps me navigate my weekends and special events. I’ve learned that if you plan your day accordingly, you can still enjoy yourself. I’m still on my weightless journey, but I am happy so far. I can’t wait to see where this takes me!

I've been working with Ivy at OnPoint for a couple months now, and I have lost a little over 10 pounds! What's more inspiring in my opinion is what I've gained from working with OnPoint so far -- I have a far greater understanding of my body's nutritional needs than I ever have. My energy levels have sky-rocketed, my moods have stabilized, and my mind-body connection is stronger than it's ever been. There are SO many resources out there for people who want to lose weight, and it can be really overwhelming and even misleading. What is comes down to is what works best for YOUR body, and OnPoint helps you figure that out. The skills they give you with this program are so simple, and so effective. Whole food ingredients + accountability + 1:1 counseling is a formula for true success. I am looking forward to writing another review when I reach my ultimate goal weight. I give OnPoint 5 stars and myself 3. Okay, maybe I'll give myself 4. I say this because as with any wellness program, it only works if you do the work. If you've tried other things that haven't worked or really need to make a change for health reasons, the one-on-one coaching makes a huge difference. I needed to lower my A1C, and I have! Each of us is so different that the individual coaching makes such a big difference. I also like the down-to-earth app included in the program that doesn't have you counting calories but instead lets you track food groups, which is so much simpler and helps you stay away from obsessing. I've tried Noom twice and hated the cutesy messages, and it was too complicated for my life. Emily Pierce has been kind and realistic with me, which has worked! It's not cheap, but getting diabetes would have been a crippling lifelong cost, both financially and emotionally.

I started with OnPoint a little over a month ago and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone! My very first appointment was with the company's founder, Britney, and after getting an idea of my goals as well as my personality, she matched me with my own personal nutritionist, Zoe. I talk to Zoe twice a week on FaceTime and whenever I want through the nudge app. Zoe is so great at answering my questions about foods whose nutrition label I snap a picture of at the grocery store (just yesterday I confirmed that, indeed, a bag of snacks should be considered 1 starch and not 1 starch and 1 fat). She is also able to really meet me where I am at in terms of food, exercise, mindset, and stress. I look forward to continuing to progress both mentally and physically and encourage everyone to give OnPoint a try!

Britney is a fabulous nutrition coach. I have lost 35 lbs since Sep1, but probably more important is that I am eating much healthier food, thanks to the menus she has selected for me. She is a great listener, and never tells you there is only one way to do things. She helps you set up a personalized program that works for YOU. I’ve been working with Zoe since July 2018 and my experience has been life changing, to say the least. In the past 7 months, I have lost 70 pounds and gained my LIFE back. I’m a foodie that has been overweight most of my life and I have numerous family members that got the gastric bypass surgery. Looking back, I was probably down that path as well. OnPoint was referred to me by a friend and I have to be honest, I was extremely skeptical but the proof is in the pudding! Zoe armed me with knowledge and tools that allowe me to eat every type of food and still lose weight. I never feel deprived, I still cook my favorite meals (and a lot of new favs), I still go out to eat and drink my red wine! The Nudge app is one of my favorite aspects of the program and it helps me track everything I consume. I have just started working with this company so I can't speak to how much weight I've lost (hopefully it will be 50 pounds), but I can say that the owner tried her best to accomodate me and find the best fit in a nutitionist. She listened to my concerns, validated and empathized (which is very important when your struggling with your weight) and found a match (Nicole) that would be most supportive of my place in this journey... I highly recommend OnPoint Nutrition. Give it a try... whatever money you spend with them you will blow on something you don't need... may as well get healthy!

I have been working with Emily for a little over a year now. When I started I was malnourished and unable to keep most foods down. I started working with on point nutrition after trying multiple weight loss plans and many fad diets. They never worked well for me and I would follow the plan, lose a couple pounds, but then would quickly regain the weight after the plan was finished. I decided I wanted to learn how to eat properly and have sustained weight loss. Since starting with on point nutrition I have been able to lose my desired amount of weight and keep it off. I would definitely recommend working with on point. It is super convenient to FaceTime and not have to go into an office visit. Being able to message for questions between visits is extremely helpful. They set realistic goals with you and are honest about your strengths and weakness and improvements that need to be made if your plan.
