Got my neice and nephew their first fish and tank for Christmas. The service was great, the kids gained alot of knowledge about how to look after their first fish in store from the assistant. Good tropical and non tropical fish available. Great customer service all around the store.

Super bad customer service, when we spoke
with the manager she could not sort out the problem. We think the shop must make people happy not sad and not to make them cry. They call us liars. All staff need more training to know how to serve customers. We never go back to this shop again.
