Fantastic service from the staff just bought our first pet rabbits and the staff have been nothing but a blessing , very helpful and knowledgeable. Poor stock for Reptile Food. Only had 2 tubs of Locusts left & both of them had about half dead. I asked if they could reduce them due to half of them being dead & the last 2 tubs. But I was told they can't reduce them.

Got some fish from here, worst quality fish i have ever gotten, all died in quarantine tank within days. Water quality was excellent and so was ph level and hardness would recommend you go to maidenhead aquatics or Woodcote for fish

A decent range of pet food and supplies (and pets themselves!) I can usually find kost things cheaper online but the staff are always really knowledgeable if I have any questions and are always polite and friendly. The vet inside is also really handy!

Smaller store but very friendly staff who are happy to advise on most pets and recently did so with me regarding my new kitten. Easy enough location to get to by car although the car park os small as it shares it with Poundland and Macdonald's on the same complex.

Regularly visit for a look around and to buy for my reptiles, cat and hampster. I'm looking to get a tank soon, will buy from here after lengthy discussion, with their knowledgeable and friendly staff. Love seeing all the animals in their comfy pens too. Chinchillas are adorable too, below is one sleeping.
