Very friendly and helpful staff, nice layout so you can freely move about with a trolley, if you become a VIP you get great offers and lots of great help for your new kitten ( if you happen to get a kitten like me ) good parking as well, only problem is not always enough staff around when a long queue appears. Good selection of fish but after calling to complain one goldfish had killed another they asked for bodies or the return of the other fish, as I explained this upset my child there was no sympathy to replace as I has disposed of the dead fish to stop my child crying

Helpful staff but limited on products for small pets. The member of staff handling the hamsters was sensitive and allowed the animal to take it's time so it wasnt scared.
