Great little shop and grooming parlour. Take my small terrier to get groomed by a lovely Spanish girl and she does a great job. Wonderful selection of high end foods too. I would highly recommend.

Fabulous service on my 12 week puppy. I've been never seen him so fluffy!!! They also stock a great selection of items for pets including a harness that was small enough for my boy (a major pet store did not have his size). Both employees were super helpful and kind. Definitely recommended and will be rebooking!

Our 2year old cockapoo has had several grooms now and none better than with Nerea at Pet Pavilion Battersea Rise! Humphrey looks so smart and was groomed just how we asked. Teeth brushed, so soft and really neat and tidy without looking ‘over-groomed.’ After some very bad grooming experiences I will only ever now come back to Nerea. Thank you for all your care and attention, Nerea! Also, thanks to Elizabeth and team, who always make us welcome when we come in for treats and toys! Huff is always so excited to bound up the stairs to see what treats are in store today! Highly recommend.

They charged me £57.00 for a less than moderate dog grooming for a small terrier, this included a surcharge of £20.00 because of the virus, they ignored my instructions and left the tail uncut and also the head, the body had lumps and tufts.
Don't go here as they are exploiting the current farcical lockdown situation and grubbing more money from their customers for a very poor quality service. I would give zero stars were that an option

Abysmal work. I gave clear instructions on how I wanted my dog to be groomed. They just did the basics and ignored my instructions. Very bad service. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Outstanding service. Following a groom here, I get stopped in the street by people admiring my Cockapoo and asking who groomed him. I send them all here! My dog absolutely loves being groomed by Nerea. He drags me up the steps and in. Nerea never rushes. She'll stop and allow the dogs to play and let off some steam if they need to. So it's a groom and a playdate. Elizabeth, the manager, is also fabulous and ensures that all her 4-legged clients get the 5-star treatment. So lucky to have this place in our neighbourhood.
