Staff very friendly. Store was as expected for pets at home. No complaints. Dropped one star for the exterior which was heavily littered and not very pleasant at all.

Only came for a quick collection.
Large store looks well stocked, the item i wanted only available here / Putney. They have fish and small animals, didn't browse it all as I was in hurry. everything went smooth for me.
Bus 170 stops right outside.

Essentially a well stocked store, reasonably priced, but the general rudeness of staff is really off-putting. Will rather go to Wimbledon than return to Battersea. I tried twice. Only one employee was marginally agreeable. What a shame.

fabulous store, great staff, very knowledgeable and answered my 1001 puppy related questions. Hilz was super friendly and gave all sorts of good advice. All the staff in there however are so nice and helpful. There are so many other shops that could take a leaf out of your book.

Shop ok, but we waited 30 min for someone to help or advise us and noone seam to care. Staff in general ignored customers and mostly spend time in the back of the shop leaving only one person at any given time for customer service. We left the shop without buying anything. Will not visit this shop again. Very dissapointed in customer service.

Good range of products and highly knowledgeable employees, believe me. I tried to buy a snail that wasn't adequate for my fish tank due to the fishes i had and it didn't matter how hard i tried to convince the seller, she kindly explained to me the reasons why she wouldn't be able to sell it and i still left happily with a couple of live plants to add to my tank so would definitely recomend this shop and its employees.

Staff are so rude! The checkout assistant was more interested in a mobile phone conversation with a friend than serving me. And it's not the first time this has happened. Staff knowledge compared to other pets at home stores is very very poor!

Nice big store plenty of selection..especially cat litter and toys. Friendly staff always offering friendly advice..was a bit over zealous on the coronavirus restrictions wouldnt let u stand near till use cash ect but they are more relaxed now whilst still adhering to covid regulation. Member if staff told me not to use clumping litter with my kitten and I was glad for the advice as I was using it .nice store.

Good variety of products for pets but most of all the staff are very helpful. I had a querie to do with my cat and everyone gave me very helpful advice on how I can deal with my issue in a natural way without referring me to a veterinary clinic. They have a really good variety of fish in there as well that are healthy. Out of all the pets at home I have been to this one stands out from all the rest. I highly recommend going a little bit further to this one for the added level of care all of the staff have for animals.

Not a very big Pets at Home but they have a large selection of Rodents and Fish and pets' products. Very lovely staff. Heads up to Hilz that helped us with our Guinea Pigs and really care about them finding a nice home.

Excellent staff members but DON'T BOTHER GOING ON A SUNDAY, the queue outside is never ending and despite the big size of the shop they only allow a quarter of what other high street supermarkets of the equivalent size do.

I purchased a hamster for my daughter without realising the hamster we purchased was ill. They didn't tell me if it was a boy or a girl and then after a couple of days it died . I know that it is not the staffs fault but I think it would be great if the hamsters had a checkup before being sold.
