Celia has been grooming our King Charles Cavalier for years and she is a rare find. She has a kind, gentle manner that keeps our dog calm and he always emerges from his groom smelling delicious and with his tail wagging. Celia always listens to the direction I give, and is also happy to provide suggestions on things he may need done to improve his overall health. She’s incredibly patient – particularly when it comes to cleaning his teeth – and I would highly recommend her grooming services. In fact, the entire team at Pet Pavillion is fantastic. They always message to confirm an appointment, are always very welcoming and love giving out treats!

What a great place ! I wish my dog could write. She would give it ten stars. Evie loves to get her grooming done at Pet Pavilion. I do not think she appreciate her look as much as we do, but she clearly feels love and care.

I bring my little puppy to be groomed by Celia. Normally Ru is quite shy but with Celia she is amazing. After her groom she always gets a hug and treat from Eymie at the counter.

Celia is a fab groomer with so much patience and kindness for our 13 year old poodle who loves her. Eymie in the store is the helpful and cheerful and always has a treat and a cuddle for Harry when we visit. A wondeful team. Highly recommend.

Brought my 4 month old puppy, Taro, for his first puppy groom and all my new puppy essentials. Both Eymie and Celia were friendly and helpful! They provided the best customer service and answered all my concerns. Definitely my go to dog store and groomers!

Pet Pavilion is the best place to go for all your pet's needs. My dog (an american bulldog) wants to go there daily for treats from Amy. He is happy to go to Celia for baths which is amazing because he normally hates baths. Pet Pavilion treats us like family and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Celia and Eymie have been taking so good care of our little Loulou, they are so wonderful - by far the best groomers we have ever met. They are kind, gentle, and know exactly how to handle any kind of dogs, including our Keeshond and her fluffy - and sometimes tricky - coat. We left London a couple of months ago, but Celia and Eymie went out of their way and made a couple of videos for us to explain how to brush and bathe our little Loulou overseas...who else would do that? We miss them dearly every day.

Wilson loves going into Pet Pavilion, he gets his hair cut, nails clipped and they just love him especially Celia who grooms him. This shop is a hidden gem in the heart of Kensington. Great, friendly service and the staff are very knowledgeable too.

Not usually one to leave reviews but the customer service in this shop is actually amazing the girls there are always so kind and helpful. My girlfriend and I got our first puppy and everythings been made soooo much easier thanks to them. We really appreciate all the honest advice and tips and how nice and cheerful they always are even with all the madness going on the past few months! :)

I have been taking my dogs here for 4yrs and I have never ever had a bad experience! Celia is by far one of the best groomers in London. She genuinely cares and absolutely loves the dogs that come to her. My dogs all come out happy, clean and trimmed to perfection. I have been downstairs to the grooming parlour and seen for myself how clean, tidy and organised everything is. She is a perfectionist and this shows in all her work.
My dogs literally pull me through the shop door to get down to the grooming area without ever looking back at me..this speaks volumes to me how happy and relaxed they are there.
Hugh, Amy and Christina that run the shop area are a great team and always make me and my fur gang so welcome. Always on hand to help me with anything and give treats to the dogs.
I can not recommend this lovely family run business enough and I will continue to be a customer for many more years. Keep up the great work gang ????????????????????

This is my dog's favourite place to go, she always pulls me down Kensington Church St on our way to the park. The two girls and older gentlemen who work there are always very friendly and helpful, I always have a great chat with them and they are always happy to recommend new products for my old girl. Tilly loves passing by just to say hello and Amy and Christina always give her cuddles and treats. Celia the usual groomer is also amazing with my old girl, giving her breaks to chill out and letting her play with the other dogs during her pampering session. Tilly is 12 but is as happy and excited as a puppy whenever she is here!

Pet pavilion is a haven for my babies. I’ve been bringing Thor and Loki here for 2 years and I honestly would never go anywhere else. I’m very fussy when it comes to my boys so I needed to find somewhere I felt comfortable leaving them in. Thankfully I found PP. at the front desk there are two wonderful young girls, Amy and Christina, who put me at ease straight away. Amy was great with my boys too. They instantly loved her! Celia the groomer is amazing at what she does, she is so sweet with them. I can’t fault the customer service! Many thanks to Hugh, Amy, Celia and Christina.

We loved the Hampstead store but when we moved to Notting Hill, we took Alfie for a trim to this branch and paid £60 for him to come out with nothing more than a blow dry, not a single hair trimmed and shaking like crazy. Terrible grooming service.

Finally I found best pet shop in West London. When you book your appointment you can hear beautiful voice. Even when I was not happy with day of appointment they called me during the week when they had cancelation and offered me earlier time and day. Very reasonable price. Service is amazing. Bea who was doing first time dog grooming service and now every time I am asking to do hair cutting in the same way.

The team at this salon are second to none! My long haired American Akita had not been groomed in over nine months, and his coat (despite my best efforts with the comb at home) was very matted in patches. He is also a large, strong boy who is not great with strangers. I was a little apprehensive as I dropped him off at lunch time, the groomer at first seemed a little unsure about him. After I left I was expecting a call all afternoon to say he has become unmanageable and I needed to come collect him!
However, my fears were unfounded, because six hours (two groomers and many black bin liners of hair) later I received a call from the lovely Eva to advise he was ready for collection. When I arrived, they had done a beautiful job, and better still my dog was relaxed and looking stunning, as well as smelling a lot sweeter (lol)! Considering that two groomers and six hours had been required, the price was extremely reasonable as well. I had used previously other pet salons in the area (Nottinghill is expensive for anything) and they had been costly and not done such a great job as the team at Pet Pavilion.
We have agreed that I will have my dog groomed every two months now and I will definitely be back as the service was excellent and the team are lovely. I highly recommend this pet grooming salon.
