I really like this place, when I was living in London I used to come with my two French bulldogs often to get things I needed like treats and toys. The staff are really friendly and kind and clearly love animals. They always make a fuss of my dogs and give them a treat. When I visit Home I often take my parents dogs there and they always enjoy going to the store.

So overpriced - Harrods pet shop, when they had one, was cheaper. Beware the ‘drying boxes’ they use to put your dogs Into. Never trust a groomer who doesn’t let you see your dog being groomed. A little like a restaurant that’s eager for you not to see the kitchen. Affiliates with Battersea dogs home it seems, which is bizarre since this is a business first and foremost, avoid this outfit if you love your pooch.

Took my shih-tzu Plato here. We've been coming here for a while - nearly from the day he was born. After the appointment we noticed a huge change - something was off. His head was bowed, he was whimpering and not the same dog. We asked whether something had happened at the appointment but were assured it was fine. At home he was inconsolable. Didn't want to play, eat and just lay in the corner.
We just came back from the vet.
Plato's chest is covered in bruises - like he was physically assaulted. I am lost for words and holding back tears as I type this.
Pet Pavillion are yet to tell us what happened but we know it happened at the appointment. Absolutely devastating.

For business reasons I spend most of my day in Kensington, and Of course my little furbaby is always with me. I foundt this pet shop because I was walking my Yorkie and he stopped in front of their door. and I’m impressed of how many good and healthy treats they have, strong and funny toys (as Trump). My dog must to follow a very strict diet and I don’t have problems to buy the treats for him here. The staff is composed mainly from
Girls , all lovely and always very attentive to my needs. They are genuinely lovely people. It’s always a pleasure to go there and buy good treats for my little boy. My dog loves this store and he always stop there and as he is very spoilt boy I always go in and buy something for him. If it would be different people probably I wouldn’t stop by but I feel like they love what they do and they love pets. Plus they support Battersea dogs and cats home and this is a PLUS for me to go there as my Yorkie is a Battersea’s rescued dog. Thank you for all the support you give to Battersea. Good job.

Wonderful place - there's not to many pet care stores around so that already makes them a breath of fresh air - but they also have a surprisingly good stock of supplies and when I asked for help with finding food for a kitty with dietary restrictions they had great contacts with local vets to help find new food & a supply chain to help order it.
