After being a long time customer, I was just prevented from entering because I had arrived on a small electric Scooter (beats getting the bus during covid!), rather than offering to let me leave it near the door.
Sorry pets at home, one less customer for you. It'd be nice if security wore masks too.

the guy who served us, was very rude and treated us like he was doing us a favour just because he was standing there. He make me and my mum feel very uncomfortable, I was very excited to find out what I needed to buy a fish and set up a fish tank ,but he really made me change my mind , I will NEVER, spend my money there, when a member of the staff has to treat a costumer very rudely and being so judgemental, he just nod and made faces , we really felt uncomfortable, and he looked at us like we were two idiots, very negatively impressed by this guy. i will spend my money at Pets at home but SURELY not in wimbledon.

Lovely experience yesterday buying two guinea pigs for my daughter. Lewis or Louis not sure of the spelling was amazing. So helpful and ensured we had everything we needed. Gave me a detailed description of care need for guinea pigs Even though I asked him to repeat several times!! (Bad brain) He did with ease. Nigel was also a great help at the tills, greeted with a lovely smile and was helpful in setting up me as a VIP member. Thank you for an amazing Experience shopping with you.

Best pets at home I've visited out of three and this is far from the most local to me. Disappointed a couple of times by the lack of stock of Yakers, however it shows how popular a dog treat it is.
On our last visit, Gemma helped my Bullie with all her needs, whilst maintaining faultless service. Gemma had us sorted with deworming and flea treatment in an efficient, trouble free and timely manner. I highly recommend the monthly subscription, as it's more cost effective and saves a monthly visit to the store.

Had an issue with a thermostat for a vivarium. Spoke to Gemma on the telephone who was extremely helpful and understanding as i was becoming slightly stressed.
Got to the store, to pick up another thermostat, Gemma was there and again very helpful and straight away got the assistant 'Nigel' to find another thermostat. They also allowed me to check it was working before i left the store. Want to say a very big thank you to them both.

Do not buy Frontline off these cowboys,its completely useless and flees etc are immune to the frontline.The young boy answered and said your cat will go berserk for up to 14 days before the treatment takes effect,I went crazy so a young girl came on who isn't a vet but pretended she was but kept moving the goalposts to my answers,£20 for a product that doesn't work,stay away from frontline

Very helpful people if you can get their attention.
It Was very busy yesterday, and although they try to be COVID safe, I witnessed a family of 7 (2 adults + 5 children) and not one of them had a mask on.
I did mention it to a staff member who said they could not force customers to wear them in store.
So would not give 5 stars for being COVID safe.

This is the best pets at home by miles. The staff are funny, charming and helpful. This place has a broad range of products ranging from reasonable priced toys and food to luxury accessories and treats. The vets and their staff are outstanding. A nice place where you can fine everything for your dog! Also when you place an order for delivery, they have a very good service and you'll recieve your order even earlier than it says on the order. Plus you light get it delivered for free! Highly recommended

Not help full one bit trying buy harness for my dog and chew mussel and woman did not no anything about it attitude was rude told me can't put it on the dog all day affter me telling her it be on 2 hours a day longs she can drink for the 2 time visit plough lane store I walked out with out buying a thing. Reasonable prices.
I regularly get products for my dog here. Huge variety of food and toys.
Great place to get supplies for puppies.

Lovely dog groomers. I take my dog to the vets there and tried the groomers at this store and they did a great job with my labradoodle Archie. Archie approved and so did I. Good groomers are hard to find. full of knowledge and advice. best ever!
