I just love this place so much. Even when I didn't have a pet and was looking for one, I always visited. The helpful and caring staff are a massive bonus, especially the security. He's always been so helpful and friendly. I would recommend going late on a weekday as it's not as busy. :)

Car park is ridiculously badly lit. Could easily fall over as they've got these unnecessary wooden logs in each parking bay as if we don't know when to stop driving. Hardly any working lamps its terrible.
