I had quite a nice meal here. Shame it was dry, perhaps I was just unlucky and my food was left on the pass too long. They were like how I'd expect them to be at an average kind of place. I guess I expected better because of the reviews.

Food very disappointing and over priced. We went on a Sunday, arrived about 6.30pm. We were the only ones there and chose our table. We ordered steak and paid extra for garlic butter, which was still frozen. The steak was ok but quite thin. We chose this place because of the reviews but would not go back again.

Used to be my favorite restaurant a year or so ago. Unfortunately the quality and service has dropped dramatically while the prices go up and up. What used to be £18 streak is now £23 and tonight it was cooked badly, 3 meals at our table of 5 went back. Service was slow.

Second visit was completely different to our first. From 5* down to 2*. Steak was awful, mash was bang average (lumpy and watery in equal measure) and I've no idea what the crispy onion things were they few on as garnish.

Visited The Old Bank last Fr. Didnt hope to get a table as the place was packed and we didnt book. After waiting few min at the bar they gave us a booth! We all were a bit apprehensive about the speed of the service but were pleasantly surprised. We chose steaks and burgers, all came with sides and sauces. No room for desserts but were given a slice of birthday cake (apparently it was 5th birthday of the restaurant). Live band was a bit too loud but nice music choice. Overall 5*

God place for a Sunday Roast. Chicken was very salty, I was told it was to make the skin crispy but I would rather have the skin less crispy and the chicken less salty.

Expensive yet overage steakhouse . The staff ( especially the waitress) are really nice and welcoming and make up for the quality of the food and the overpriced badly cut steaks. Otherwise I would have given 1 star

Got a takeaway. Not only cold, but I was served the crusts of dirty fryer chip bits with greesy bone dry chips and got what can only be recognised as dump in a box (meant Be 'aged ribs', more like neglected) was a terrible attempt at anything edible, really disappointed, sorry, can't recommend.
