The best steak I've had in a long time. It's really nice to order a medium steak and not get a piece of cardboard! Service is quick and professional. Atmosphere of the restaurant is great. Music not too high. Definitely recommended!

Went with my fiancee for our birthday. Best steak we've ever had. We had the squid and the garlic bread to start band instantly we knew it was going to be good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and attentive. When the steak came out we dug straight in and wow. It was incredible. Steak was cooked absolutely perfectly. We had dessert as well which was stunning. If youre in Brighton, GO HERE.

Superb service, really first class. Steak was excellent and everyone enjoyed the food. However thrice cooked chips were far too overdone resulting in greasy crunchy casings of very little potato filling. Could be more traditional puddings on the menu like a nice crumble or sticky toffee pudding as most seemed to involve the ice cream which they make themselves - which was delicious.

What a lovely place! And the food!! Outstanding! Waitress was very helpful, attentive and smiling all the way through! Toilets were so clean and smelling like flowers! Fast wifi and nice terrace are when the weather is good. Definitely recommended, they do live up to the 'best ribs' title.

Very poor experience especially as recommended. The steak was of very poor quality for the money paid for it and also asked for medium rare got rare. My jacket potato was so salty I could not eat it. Was really annoyed as it was my partners birthday treat but his T-bone steak was also cooked rare even after asking for medium rare and again not of the quality you would expect for the prices. Would not eat there again. The staff were very nice

I was stunned by the poor squid starter at 7 pounds for overdone squid in a dodgy crumb, the salad that came with the steak was shrivelled and warm, the steak was cooked to perfection, the £6 nutella cheesecake insulted me by its tiny size and lack of flavour and missing half its base, I have left the establishment cross and unhappy, the waitress did not care I was upset, in fact we were left for 20 minutes with the cheesecake in front of us untouched, the service staff huddled together and spoke Spanish about the situation, I wouldn't go back and I would not reccomend.

As regular Brighton goers we were looking for a new place to eat, this place was highly rated. For very good reason too! Probably the best steak either of us had eaten (we especially recommend the melt in your mouth fillet) in a lovely well set out dining environment .. particularly enhanced by Tom our waiter who was wonderful and super attentive. He def deserves a pay rise as he made our experience one to remember .. and one to repeat! Thank you! X

I enjoyed the burger I had. The atmosphere was good and relaxed and I would have liked to stay longer but was in a rush. Good for all ages. Good food and service. A place to go and eat and enjoy.

Wnet in for the all you can eat ribs and wings on Mondays. Absolutely delicious, meat fell off the bone, literally the best ribs I have ever eaten and will continue to go there whenever I crave ribs

Waited over an hour for food to arrive wasnt even that busy ,tiny portion of ribs ,5 bits of scampi,salad consisted of half a tomato, 4 lettuce leaves and the smallest amount of dressing , and machine not working,gave cash ,10 percent service charge automatically put on .sorry wont be visiting again

Very nice place and food. Easily better than big brand steak houses and a lot better value. Our waiter was very nice and attentive. Only negative, which is minor is that the steak knives could be a bit sharper as my girlfriend struggled to cut her steak. Would go again fo sho

Luvvly jubbly..... 6 of us visited here for the first time and was mightily impressed.Very friendly and attentive staff, and a very nice restaurant with a nice atmosphere. A great menu and drinks list.
Service was excellent and i had the ribs and chicken combo and it was superb. The best ribs I've ever had and the chicken was moist and not dry. Everyone in our party loved the food.. Its reasonably priced and me and my partner shall definitely come here again.

We live locally and use the Old Bank regularly. It is comfortable and friendly, and the staff - particularly the more senior waiter(apologies for not remembering his name) - are highly professional but also relaxed, a great combination.It is not 5 * restaurant in the usual sense other than for the burgers, which are classic.We are very glad to have it 'just around the corner'!

We really liked this place for dinner in Brighton. We actually went there twice. We had steak the first time and fish and chips the second. Their ice cream was amazing. Good service too, and not so busy with tourists so you can relax and enjoy the experience.

Nothing special! Bear in mind, whether you like or not, they will charge you 3.80£ for service! First of all remember what you have ordered. I ordered half pint of cranberry juice and the waiter brought pint of it which costs 5.00£!!!! They are charging even for ketchup 1£ where in normal,that kind of restaurants is usually for free. Overall I WOULD NOT visit this place again and would not recommend to anybody! Sorry!
