I went in to have my tyres rotated. The owner walked towards me in a confrontational way. I knew straight away he wasn't going to be helpful. I asked to have my tyres rotated, his response was "We don't do that". It's a tyre shop, they have all the equipment to take tyres on and off. I asked why they would not do a tyre rotation. The owner aggressively repeated the same "WE DON'T DO THAT" staring me down. I went there for a simple service and got aggro. Totally pointless.

No cheaper then Kwikfit. Rather disappointing, first and only visit, they did have the tyre I wanted in stock on a Saturday morning however the customer service received there was less than courteous. Namely Marcus who seemed to supervise the lads there was unpleasant to deal with and gave the impression that he didn't care about individual customers as they are soo busy any loss of custom would be insignificant. The fitters are alright but struggled with returning the spare wheel back in place under the car so not so sure how experienced they were or maybe rather stressed having such a fast turnaround with customers waiting and Marcus not allowing them to speak with customers, such a shame as went there on the suggestion of someone else.

Took my 911 there yesterday after another place had completely bodged a four wheel alignment due to a seized bolt.
Turned up unannounced, got seen to promptly and they sorted the problem out without fuss. The wheel allignment guys were friendly and really bust a gut to get the bolt loose saving me hundreds of pounds I suspect. Also charged me less than I was quoted at the other place. Will definitely use these guys in the future.
Please note that four wheel laser alignment is not the same as tracking and costs more.

This guys are ripoff, uneducated, rude, ignorant, greedy and all other things that make bussines BAD for them as in London you can find 100-s of places that they’ll do tyres and they have a Common sense for bussines.
I’ve done my wheel alignmets(tracking), paid for price and off I went ( they act nice when taking you money).
The next day I drove at the motorways and car was pulling left. all the time I had to correct the steering wheel and is so frustrating when you drive long distance in car. My car is Mercedes E class with 4 Mitchelin new tyres. I went back for recheck and they were so rude, dont have time for that and refused to do a recheck, they asked me to leave and the bold guy even wanted to confront me physicaly but I was a big steak for him even he think that he Is a tough guy, argument continued and they refused to do a recheck, and I had to face a lot of verbal abuse and swearing as I was leaving.
Lucky I have a camera in my car which records even in parking mode, and all was recorded.
So tomorrow I’ll contact the trade standard and make complain and ask for full refund of my money, I’ll contact local Ombudsman and make a complain about tham, tonight online I’ll report all this to Police for verbal and physical abuse, and I’ll contact the council as well to make complain about them.
I hope that the outcom of all this It will teach them a lesson hot to be more bussines focused in a future.

Well really never felt the need to write a review but these guys are just top class. Are they extremely busy YES, rude NO. They turn over hundreds of cars a day, its warehouse prices so very cheap as they buy in bulk, I been getting my tyres from these guys for more than 15 years. They will beat any price, and the alignment manager is number one, you want to go somewhere else where you get a fake smile and get charged £200 quid extra then head down to your nearest Kwik Fit.

I just rang them for a quote.. really bad, disinterested bloke on the phone.. I asked 3 simple questions.. including the fuel / safety rating of the tyre and they couldn't even tell me!!! I suggest they get people in who know how to deal with customers and at least sound interested... not sure who answered the phone, but their attitude was very poor.

After a bad experience at ATS Camden yesterday I wasn't going to go back to them to get my wheels aligned. Went to Wembley Tyres and was immediately struck by the vibrancy of the place and the close involvement of the manager. They checked my alignment, advised me that the small amount it was off on one wheel did not warrant the danger of adjusting my rusted bolts and sent me on my way with no charge. Next time I need tyres I will go to them.

Terrible customer service. Walked into the reception to discuss prices with the intention of replacing all 4 tyres there and then. The man at the reception was very rude and made it clear he didn't have time for me. He might have been busy, but he could have asked me to wait. I couldn't take his rudeness more and walked out. Sure, maybe he was busy enough on the day and couldn't care less for an extra client, but I was looking for a place to change my tyres in all the time and because of this man's rudeness won't be ever using them. Their loss, as there are many other shops.

Had a problem with my tyres, they checked it and pump it to full, were honest about what the problem was and didn't charge me for the initial work. The guy who helped be was genuinely nice, can't comment much of the other mechanics that are working there though!

These guys are rip offs, they charging £80 for wheel alignment on Mercedes sprinter LLB. I google mapped the next nearest garage for wheel alignment Ats came up I called them, they are only charging £29,99 for the same thing and there just 1,5 miles down the road.. So I'll suggest you go there and there friendly and helpful as well!!

Despite the poor reviews 2 years back i still called these guys up as i needed to laser align my wheels. It's hard to find a place that does it, and can do it on the same day. Turned up the same day and the guys were super helpful and completed the job fast, which is not what i can say about other garages I've used in the past. They have the best laser alignment equipment,and a top team that meets you the second you pull in and direct you. The advice I was given was second to none and most garages employ apprentices who don't know what they're talking about and do a bad job. I had a very specific problem that has been missed so many times but was picked almost immediately by the technician.
Also, I buypremium tyres on my car £150+ each and these guys are one of the cheapest around. I cannot recommend the alignment manager enough, he was second to none.
I wrote this review because they deserve it and not the poor reviews currently posted years back do not do them justice.

worst and rudest people I've ever met. Rang up an hour before their closing time told my tyre size, told me they may close Half hour early, I turn up 45 minutes before their official closing time and they refused to help me 'as it was too hot in this heat' and laughed in my face. I had rung them and explained I was desperate, I'm not from the area, my tyre had a puncture, I was driving to reading and I'm a 19 year old girl student and they laughed in my face when I was desperate. really hope ignorant men like you start to remember who your customers are. An Extra 5 minutes of your time will have stopped hundreds of people reading this bad review of your business!!

It's not a normal tyre place, it's huge like a tyre super store. Full of customers and lovely looking men fitting tyres. They put my specially ordered tyres on so quickly, I didn't even realised they were finished. Pleasant professional and highly efficient.
