I have had such a great experience with Fast Track, this is the first time I have been impressed with an auto company being speedy. efficient and kind. Charlie and Doug both came to see my car on separate occasions, not only to fix my problem but also educated with other queries regarding the car that I had. This was very kind of them and I highly recommend them and will recommend to my friends and family for future. In addition to this, the receptionist was also kind (I believe his name may have been Haz-not sure) But he was also extremely kind and spent a lengthy amount of time on the phone to me. The call wasn't only about my problem with the car but he also again educated me on what problems the car could have and what I would/could do as I had no idea on anything. I am extremely grateful for the service and hope that these colleagues get recognition for their hard and kind work. 5 Stars !!!!!!!!

A minor bump over a raised round about caused a complete damage to the driver side rear tyre. Called Fast track while waiting for Mercedes to recover the car back to my home. Fast track advised that they could replace the wheels on the spot and went further to save me some money by having Mercedes pay for the call out charge. They also provided me with my preferred choice of tyre.
Jake showed up asap and changed the tyre within 10-15 mins. Never been happier with a service.

Incredible service! Zak in the office went the extra mile for me today to arrange the call out to replace my tyre. He really helped me out over several calls to overcome some issues. Marek, the engineer, arrived within the hour as advised and was both very helpful and extremely knowledgeable.
I can’t recommend Zak and his team enough, excellent service and I will not hesitate to use them again.

We needed a quick service the same day for the tyres on our car. The office team were terrific, and did everything they could to get to us that day. The driver, Diego, who came worked in the dark, was really helpful, and just got on with it. The job was well done, and really well priced, I couldn’t recommend Diego enough, he was so nice.

Used these guys last weekend when in a real fix. Called friday night after 10pm and was fitted by lunchtime the next day. Whenever I needed to speak to them to confirm their timings etc they could not have been more efficient. Stand out service. Very impressed.

My car’s tyre went flat the other day and urgently needed a change, so I came across Fastrack Tyres online and gave them a call. Telephone manner from the guy was positive and helpful.
The mechanic (Doug) arrived within 90 mins and was friendly and even explained his process of changing my tyre. He even quickly checked my others tyres when asked.
The admin team were helpful too when I requested an invoice from them. Will definitely use them again if needed.

If I could give Tommy a 10 out if 10 I would. He turned up as quickly as he could, had a smile on his face even though it was passed 9pm and I imagine has already had a very long day and did the job quickly and efficiently. He also pumped up my other which was low on air, which was super kind of him.

I had a flat tyre one Friday evening in Edgeware a couple months back now and I use my car for work. The gentleman who answered my initial phone call was very polite and helpful. I was served by the superstar himself, Marek. Arrived earlier than expected, was extremely easy to chat to, funny, knowledgeable, friendly and plenty other adjectives. The tyre was replaced speedily and went out of his way to give me advice for the future. I learnt a lot and although I was sad my tyre had gone and now had to fork out unexpected money - for the timing of the service and the experience, it is worth it. To be honest, its the best price around anyway!
Additionally, I have called multiple times, just to make sure Marek and his colleagues/managers receive this feedback. I have called he gets a promotion and a pay rise. There isn't many people who are as genuine, nice guy.

Found out tire had a screw embedded and was losing pressure. Called up and arrived just shy of 2 hours. New tire and valve fitted and pressure checked on all tires for safety. Marek was extremely good, professional and knowledgeable. He even had time to teach me a thing or two about tire safety. My only issue was that I didn't check at time of payment how much I was been charged only to find out once I got home and looked at the receipt that I was charged £30 more than what I was quoted over the phone in case we decided to have a new tire fitted.
Can't fault them for the service though specially since it's 24/7 although worked out more expensive than expected.

Kam from Fastrack Tyres has been a life saver to us . We called RAC for a brake down at 7pm and they have only turned up at 11pm . When the RAC van came in and examine the issue he said that he needed a bigger truck to take our car back and we had to wait another hour. Called RAC an hour after , they said we had to wait until 6am in the morning because no contractors were available around the area. When we called Fastrack tyre, Kam was really shocked how RAC dealt with our issue and straight away called them and got everything sorted within 5 mins. We had someone with us in 5mins after speaking to Kam sorting out our issue . Most efficient and effective service .

I was coming home from work from a long, stressful day with the weather being awful. Called these guys, Zack who I spoke to on the phone, was so nice and helpful! For someone who had no idea about changing tyres and was panicking, his voice just helped you feel relaxed and confident that I was going to get help. I then had Jake who came on time, and he honestly got the job done less than 5 mins, he was super super helpful! Just want to say a genuine heart-felt thank you to Fast track tyres! We blew out our tire in the middle of rush hour this evening. We called Fastrack Tyres and they sent Marek quickly who was both friendly and super efficient. They had our specialized tires in stock and he changed our tire and found that we had a nail in another one. He then met us at home and changed the second tire for us as well- quite an ordeal but could not have asked for better or quicker service. Highly recommend!!

jake came to our house within 30 minutes as promised and repaired out tyre briskly. He also pointed out that the reason for the flat tyre was that the wheels were not properly aligned and recommended a garage (not related to jake) where this could be rectified.
