Unprofessional service, one day after tire change, one turned out to be faulty. I called to inform them about it, a rude impudent gentleman said it was yesterday and I'm calling today. I do not recommend it very much!

I have been going to Wembley Tyres virtually since I started driving which is over 30 years. They are not only helpful and provide a great service but they are also reasonably priced in fact I have never found anywhere else that could beat them. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Today I had the worst experience in my life with this company. If I could, I would give them a zero stars.
Few months ago I used their service and back then noticed their rude behaviour. Last time they changed 2 rear run-flat tyres, 20£ each. Back then they said, run-flats are more expensive than normal ones and does not matter that you want to change them into normal ones. I thought OK. Fair enough as disposal could be more expensive.
Today I expected same price per tyre for the front ones. I CALLED them before visit and they said to change run-flats cost 15-20£. I asked when they are available and they said anytime now. I drove there, tyre fitter lift the car and then another tyre fitter appeared. He pointed to his colleague that he is dealing with run-flats. Fine with that. Then second tyre fitter said he need to double check price. Remember over the phone they said 15-20£. I expected 20£ per tyre anyway. Second tyre fitter, after conversation with his management, came back and said it will be 20£ per tyre. I was happy with that. So, like 3-4 tyre fitters came, quick dismantle wheels, tyres, looks like quick re-fit.
In the middle of the process second tyre fitter said I will need to pay extra for disposal of old tyres. WHAT!!!??? I thought you already confirmed price twice, isn't? Then we went back to management. And here show started. A bold guy, I believe he could be director or manager of that place, said we need to charge you extra for disposing tyres, because we send them through India and etc. Mate, I give a zero how you disposing you waste. Remember, yourself said 20£ per tyre and not a single word mentioned about extra charge for disposing of old tyres. Of course I disagree to that. And then he told tyre fitter to put back old tyres and let me go. I left and found another place. Was cheaper, stress free and quick.
I haven't seen in my life such a cocky, rude, ignorant management, I guess he wanted to show off in front of his employees. I haven't seen in my life such a rude behaviour with customer. Most important I haven't seen any price list either on internet (double checked that) or front door. Only price list I saw was on the front garage door "5£ charge for tyre pressure check". Really, 5£ for it?! Sounds like ripoff.
Strongly advice to AVOID this company if you do not want to be ripped off. Maybe they store decent quality tyres, but their behaviour with customers and price variation is just unacceptable. Lost customer here. Never ever going back to them.

I was thinking that they were a serious company but I went to fix my tire they made me change my new tyre when it didn’t need to get fixed. They charged me £275 but the worker told me that he could fix my tire for £20. But a tall bald guy that was in reception when he saw that the worker was fixing the tire for £20 he went and immediately told him to not fix it. They made me to put a new tire. The tire was already new and the damage was so small and they didn’t give me my tire back.Shame on you for this company.

I've visited many tyre shops up and down the country but ultimately nothing compares to Wembley tyres.
The service is super quick (had 3 tyres changed in 5min) the team are friendly and on hand waiting to serve you. Finding anywhere more honest will be a Challenge too!
Prices are great too... Make this your next stop for tyres you won't regret it.

Professional and honest service. Popped in with some slight damage on front offside tyre. The boss quickly told me it was superficial and not to worry. Was also told probably mileage left on all tyres and pressures checked for free! Can't thank them enough. Highly recommend!
