Got my car's front and back wheel alignment done here by a very experienced mechanic who has worked there for a long time (20 plus years) . I was able to book an appointment with them for a time of my choice, their price was by far the cheapest of all the places I checked and I was very happy by their service. They also have good waiting area if you would like to wait

The worst service ever! I arranged and paid for an aircon regas on the ATS website. When I arrived the manager looked out of the window and said ‘can’t do it’. I said I’d booked and he just repeated himself. No word of apology, explanation or offer to call headquarters - nothing. Evidently a manager who prefers a quiet life with no customers and does his best to p*ss off any that have the cheek to turn up. I called customer service who did apologise and tried to help me find somewhere where the staff actually serve customers. Avoid ATS Park Royal at all costs is my advice.

Booked Aircon regas through Groupon for ATS Euromaster for my Mercedes . Malcolm the technician/manager in the Park Royal branch went out of his way to help me. Excellent service. I would highly recommend.

Extremely poor customer service at Park Royal, NW10 branch ! went to change my flat tyre and they ask me to comeback after 3 days bcz that was the earliest appointment they had !!! They had two staff seating in their doing nothing, refused to serve me because now they do appointment only and they have one hour slots which are all booked !! I was ready to wait to get my tyre but they were not willing to help !!!
Seriously such a pathetic service is this !!! You cannot trust ATS bcz even if you have puncture they will send you back bcz they have all appointments booked !!! They expect customer to book an appointment for puncture/flat tyre !!!! At ATS they have no intent to help customers!!!
I called kwit fit and they said they do first come first serve, got new tyre in 20mins.
Avoid ATS if you want to avoid disappointment.

I have came to change four tyres and do wheel alignment. Instead of doing the job I was told that my tyres are no good and job will not be taken. Price for the job was given and it was 247 plus vat. Job was done by other company just round the corner at much better service station and at less then 200 price including vat.

Tried to get a new tyre for one that had hit something like a cube of steel on the motorway and put a 4cm gash in the sidewall, only thing holding it up was run flat plastic disc. The slovenly manager who attended me, was totally disinterested and was more interested in talking to his mate and fixing the tea machine than offering a solution and finding me a suitable replacement......this was for a car from a huge leasing company and would have been a ATS major account. His advice go to BMW down the road. Terrible service and if I could give one tenth of a star I would have....avoid avoid avoid.

Waste of time. Was told they were too busy, come back in an hour. Only one car in there and 3 people wandering around. Came back in an hour to be told "Oh, you actually came back. Well we're still to busy, book an appointment". Why waste my time telling me to come back if you can't be bothered to serve the public.

Took 2hrs & 20mins to fit two tires, no information on the delays and was told the 220 Tyre size was hard to seal in the rim.
Saw the manager kicking the tyre at one point trying to get it to seal.
Asked about additional wheel balancing to be told if I buy the fitter a drink (ie cash) otherwise £30-35 for “additional paperwork” agreed to the prices listed in the end.
Awful customer service, will be avoiding and informing BlackCircles as well. Avoid and go to a local tyre shop!!!

I have used them twice now and both times they said they could see me within the hour and repaired my tyres. The staff is EXCELLENT & FRIENDLY. Will highly recommend this garage and not the other ATS as always they are a waste of time. Thanks to the European and asian people still remain in the country.

It's so unusual to find companies these days who do the decent thing rather than the self-interest thing. Went in today for a new tyre, happy to pay whatever I needed to, a soft prospect if ever there was one but instead I was told all I needed was a quick repair, by a lovely, respectful chap. A saving of £40. Thank you, I really appreciate your approach to business guys

RAC told me to go to ATS to have my tyre replaced after they had repaired the puncture. I have tyre cover with RAC which covers me for £150 per tyre and the tyre that was punctured was Continental, called a couple of times to ask if they had tyres for my car all they offered was some budget brand called "Tyga" which retails at £57 why would I want to put a budget tyre on when I could get a Continental tyre put on my car within £150. Pretty ridiculous as there website says they have Continental, Michelle and Pirelli in stock. Also on the phone they tell me they do not search tyre size by car plate number but on there website it uses the plate number to search the tyre size. Have told RAC about this as whats the point having an agreement with a company for tyre replacment if there offering your customers budget tyres theres no point me paying for tyre cover I might as well use the money paid for tyre cover to pay for the budget tyre. After this would never even think of going here. A big tyre place that doesnt have a variety of tyres is ridiculous.

Some how I managed to get a puncture in one of my car tires, I popped in on my lunch break, the gents were more than willing to squeeze me in and fixed the puncture quickly. £15 and great service what more could you want.

Waste of time. I booked in for a tyre replacement online on 21st December for 31st December. I received a call a couple of days before to say the tyres would not arrive on time for my appointment and that they would arrive on the 2nd January. I moved my appointment to 5th January, drove all the way to Park Royal only to be told that my tyres still hadn't arrived, they couldn't tell me when they would arrive and that they had simply 'forgotten' to have the basic common professional decency to call and inform me. Wasted a morning for nothing. When I asked for a refund, I was told they couldn't do it at the centre and someone would call me within 24-48 hours to arrange a refund. No one called back. I had to call customer service and email in asking for a refund which will take 5-7 days. During this whole time only one single sorry email was sent to me. Go somewhere else.

New management is poor.
Was given a price over the phone for a flat tyre but they attempted to charge an extra £40 more once fitted.
Tyre pressure was not checked and whilst driving the car alerted me to a fault- I called back to see if they had checked the pressure and they said yes and likely an issue with car system. Had to stop at a garage to check and inflate pressure to match the other tyres. Dangerous! Won't be returning here again

If tyres not in stock they can be ordered and got in usually the same day.

I had an appointment today at 10:00am(I booked over 2 weeks ago) for air conditioning recharge and when I arrived this morning the manager(I do not know how hired him) told me the air con machine is not working and I asked him why they did not informe he said is new and he just start this week(big fat liar) and he leaves. I got a Groupon voucher and I paid £36 and is quite late to be refunded and now I need to go to other brunch. So probably is first and last time when I will use ATS Euromaster.

Used to be good but recently visit them had a really bed experience. I found a puncture in the central of a tyre and pop in this store to fix it. When the staff had a quick look and told me that they can't but to have a new one. When I asked the reason, the staff told me because the tyre is too old to fix the puncture and need to change the two tyres. My tyres just bought last year and every year's MOT test never has the issue for my tyres. Jump to kwit-fit and fix it in 20 minutes. Looks like the staff tried to sale the tyre with a dodge way. Be aware
