Great service!! Had new tyres (from blackcircles) with new wheels fitted at the same time. Ian, the technician took great care of fitting the new tyres and kept me updated throughout the whole process as well as making good recommendations. Would definitely recommend this place

We went to ATS Park Royal when our local guys couldn't get the job completed for our minibus. We needed to replace a tyre and the local guys couldn't even open the tyre, luckily I had used ATS before and they fixed the issue within 1/2 an hour. They are honest, very reasonably priced and more importantly they get the job done and get it done quickly. I got quoted for a budget tyre and they actually had a system error where Michelin tyre was listed as budget, they were honest enough to give me that a Michelin for the same price as a budget without even asking, you can't get this sort of honestly anywhere these days. Thanks ATS.

Great knowlegable staff, friendly and very helpful. Were able to get my tyre in same day when others said next day. Only marked down for paying almost £20 more per tyre than all other tyre shops. Lucky only had one to change. Also there waiting room was warm and has free coffee and chocolate machine.

Tyres 20% more expensive than elsewhere
Service cost- OK. Service speed -SLOW!
Hassle free. Ordered tyres online, but they were not in stock at all. By phone I was suggested tyres which were not on the site. Mess! Than they lost one tyre somewhere in transit and only found out that when already fitted three tyres. Not professional at all.
Honest. It was said on the site that a free car health check will be provided including suspension, battery, brakes, lights, liquids level. What did they check??? Tyres! Because it is an opportunity to sell more tyres. They do not care about you or your car, just care about making profit.
I do not understand why anybody would use their service unless you do not care about your car, your money and time (probably that is why I only saw company van drivers there). Conclusions: poor management and as a result poor customer service.

Cut off the the old tyre valve and replaced it with a new one, but left the inner portion of the old piece inside the tyre, so it rattles around whenever the wheel rotates.
