Best service & prices I've ever found

PLEASE READ MY UPDATE my views have drastically altered. My initial 5 star rating has dropped to 1 star and if I could give 0 stars I would. Firstly it has been a good service, reasonable owner and reasonable prices. Always my first choice. NOW I won't be going back EVER again. They're obviously too comfortable to care about a customer of the last 5 years. It's as if they'd never seen me before. I got there nice and early and had the 2 rear tyres replaced. I was recommended Nexens by the grumpy old boy (that'll be the owner Marcus dad). The experienced tyre fitter (think it's a polish lad), gave me a grimace when I suggested Nexen so I went a little better with Falkens. No problem at that point! Next the same polish lad was doing a check on why the front tyre was deflating over a few weeks. That was fitted almost a year ago same place. Then came the problem. As he tried to remove the locking nut it sheared off leaving the thread end in the hub. He basically told me it's my problem and sometimes it can happen. I asked what I should do now and the advice initially was I have to take the car to BMW. Yeah right, on a Saturday! I said there must be something that can be done as I didn't break it. With that the old boy set about me like a rottweiller. He took great offence and all I wanted was some reasonable guidance. Not once did I insult this guy but he proceeded to throw a few names at me including stupid. I don't recall anyone using that one on me before. Stupid is what I'll be if I ever return to Wembley Tyres again! I wonder how many customers that poor excuse of a human being has driven away? I can only imagine his son's despair not that the helicopter flying son needs the money. Maybe in their business and the area they encounter all sorts but I always treat people with respect. Launching an attack on a customer in front of other customers probably wasn't the smartest thing to do and as he was an old boy and I have values I thought I did extremely well. Fortunately one of the customers in the office offered to fix it for free at his garage. An amazing act of kindness. I insisted on paying him but he wouldn't have any of it. His name was Renko from Autoprecision in Golders Green. Wembley Tyres you may have great prices but it doesn't matter. You won't be seeing me again and I'll stop recommending you .

Went once for a puncture repair quoted £25 left went elsewhere got it repaired for £8 way way to expensive

I been first time there, but newer will back to this place again. Had very bad experience, before i want to ask one single question which is "are you free to fit two tires for me" the guy sad before you ask pay £5 for me because is england! He was deadly serious and a bit upset. His attitude is unacceptable, and make me angry. I will tell for everyone how friendly is the people there!! Thank you Wembley Tires! Never see you again!

Rang up , they had my tyre in stock. Went to the garage had my tyre in stock, normally takes a day for other garages to order it in. Three East Europeans had the skinny emergency tyre off, whilst I discussing the price with the chap at the front desk about the price. Tyre cost £65 including balancing and disposal of the old tyre. Within five minutes I was on my way back to work. No bull, no nonsense, it what a motorist wants, when he buys a new tyre. Exceptional service and excellent value for money. I would recommend to others and I would use them again the future.

I don't often leave reviews but I am keen to here. Since Iverson Tyres in West Hampstead shut, I have needed a new tyre fitter twice. My Dad told me he had a v good experience at Wembley Tyres, so in December I went over there when I took a chunk out of a front tyre on our new Touareg. Fearing a large bill, the boss took a look and told me the damage was cosmetic and no need for a new tyre. Having gone in dreading a large cost I was delighted. I revisited this morning with my Nissan Leaf for a slow puncture that I have had for 2 months that had been getting faster (daily top ups almost). Got there at 8.20am to be met by a team of cheery and helpful guys waiting to start work at 8.30. Within minutes the wheel was off and into the garage. Just as I asked what my new tyre choices were, they came out with the wheel, put it back on the car and said no need for a new tyre, we've repaired the puncture. Cost £15 and after a chatty exchange with the boss I was driving away literally no more than 10 minutes after arriving. I could not recommend them more highly for pleasant, honest and first rate service. If every business was run like this the world would be a great place. They deserve to do very well, as I am sure they probably do, with this attitude and approach. Many thanks.

Well you certainly don’t get tea and cakes here but you do get possibly the best prices in London with a fast and efficient service. I’d been paying £120/tyre elsewhere, these guys fitted 3 quality Pirellis for £65 each! And a puncture sorted £12.50. Tip: Always phone first for a price, give them the tyre details (i.e. 205/65 R15 94V), add vat.

I visited Wembley tyres today and was extremly pleased with the service and quickness. I was concerned about previous comments on Google, but I'd like to say that today they were very proffesional and the price was alot cheaper than other main stream tyre companies and I will be going back to them in the future. Keep up the good work and all the best for 2016. Karl
