Sudden leaky tyre. Luckily only needed to be fixed. No drama, no discussion, no sales of products I didnt need. just wheel off, checked and fixed then wheel on and pointed in direction of the office to pay.

This is a very good place to buy tyres and get your front end aligned. There is a small waiting area. It has disabled access and friendly, helpful staff. This place would be better if it had toilet facilities and a larger waiting area. It is fairly reasonable.

Best place to do wheel alignment in London! They use professional equipment that matches factory specific camber and toe for your car. Sorted my F21 in no time and took a look after it while I was having lunch in a restaurant across the streer. Quick fit and ATS don't have such equipment by the way. And yeah, really nice chaps as well :) Wish this business all the best.

I have never been mistreated today by one of your employees.
One of your employees hit the rim with the hammer and i have moaned one of his colleagues told me that his gonna charge me extra because he stayed to much to get the bolt out......so you make a damage of 150 £ to a rim of 500£ you threaded me that you over charge me because you don't know how to do your job....its your problem...this is bad education because i am a costumer and i'm paying for a service you and you are payed from the costumer money,dear worker.
So from now on i will not use your services and not only me,because you don't raise voice to a costumer,you don't say why i complain for a damage that you did...
My advice ...try to have people who knows what respect of the costumer means

Rang them to ask what the charges are for checking wheel alignment and corrections.
Gentleman replied it depends on the work needed. Could range from £50-75. Okay I said. When do you have slots available? I have 2 operators, 1 is away on holiday and one has loads of cars here. Didn't really answer my question. Didn't seem interested at all getting me booked in. Thanked him and hung up. Would give a zero if I could. After reading more reviews below im glad I didnt go here.

Best place for tyres for miles. Best price for tyres for miles. Very quick helpful service, you might think twice when you see the place but don't let this put you off. I travel out of my way to go here and I take my Gaffas car here. They really are on the ball and you won't beat them on price. Well worth a visit.

I bought them new and you would think that a big tyre place like this would be careful with specialist car.

I can see that some one complain about extra 20 % in the shop.Just to explain this is 20 % vat which the tyre shop need to charge . If you think is to much go and tell the government. I think that this is the best place to change tyres and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We used this place for over 20 years and is the best price in London.

Marcus, his father and the team know what they are doing. They sure honest, much cheaper than Kwik Fit and quick too.
