Tidy and cosy place. Friendly staff. Hoisin duck bao is delicious. Set of mixed sushi is ok, but not the best and their soy sauce is too salty for me.

I had the pork rice bowl and it was amazing. Be warned though one of my friends found a bug in their meal but the waiter was very sorry and kindly offered a free dessert.

As usual the food at itsu is hit or miss, however in this particular branch a lot of the bar stools were lose and very difficult to sit comfortably on without flying about. The toilets were also unmanaged but that is understandable as customers can be really disgusting in public bathrooms. Other than that, it was fine as itsu only ever is.

Miso soup tastes horrible. My total check was 5.99£ but they charged me 7.17£ because I ate inside. For being a self-service you shouldn't charge me any extra money, and in addition without notifying me before.

Had this vegetarian curry which was really tasty (although could've had more soy pieces in than it did), there was room to sit down to grab something quick before heading off to do something else. Service was quick as this was on the hot counter by the till.

We had their miso soup, which was a lovely heart warmer on a very cold day, but the soup was a bit bland, too light on salt for my particular taste.

I love coming here. It's spacious and the food is healthy. It's very chilled out here. I really like the layout. For some people they may find it a bit pricey. It's a clean organized place to grab and go or sit in and have your lunch. If you love asian food I recommend going here.

This is a small itsu consider its location. But it has a very cosy lovely colourful mezzanine floor as a sitting area. I love coming here when its winter to get through my lunch break.

Evening visit after an afternoon show.
Just wanted a quick bite before hopping on the tube.
The place looks like it was robbed.
The fridge is mostly empty and many of the hot dishes cannot be served.
We eventually found two dishes that were available and half decent.
We did not expect much and this is pretty much what we got. Food was OK but nothing too tasty.
Definitely needs improvement at the end of the day.

Very good tasting noodles. A bit over priced but you get a lot of food. Some units will run out seasonal greens so make sure you ask they have it before ordering. This place offers discount for about to close hours. This place offers discount for students.

visited here last week and i had to go back, the food was very nice, the tables were very clean and the staff were chatty and helpful. i like the fact they offer free cucumber water and a good selection of table sauces. i would recommend this place to a friend

Super tasty food, at a good price. Cozy sunshiny digs. Beer was a bit sub par but overall a great place. Be warned the tables in the sun can get a bit warm although they are inside.
